My wife and I were feeling nostalgic, so we went for Root beer floats. Unfortunately, they put the soft serve in first then covered it with Root beer. Which made them basically explode. When the foam finally settled, they were only half full. Not just that, but the drive through attendant didn't bother with wiping the cups down and just handed us a stack of napkins and the cups. I wiped the cups down. Got most of the spillage off the outside of the cups and handed the now saturated stack of napkins back to the attendant. Their aprons were covered in smutch and I saw one individual use theirs to wipe their hands off.
We will most likely get our floats from DQ from now on. :(

Normally food is excellent last sea shares I got the breading was definitely off. Love that I can order a side of krumbs. Sometimes the service is slow but, when the inside is closed and onlydrive thru is open only. I understand the wait is longer than normal. One of the best seafood places ever so I will make the drive and wait patiently.
