My wife and I were feeling nostalgic, so we went for Root beer floats. Unfortunately, they put the soft serve in first then covered it with Root beer. Which made them basically explode. When the foam finally settled, they were only half full. Not just that, but the drive through attendant didn't bother with wiping the cups down and just handed us a stack of napkins and the cups. The guy working today during the Chiefs game was super professional and very accommodating. Even though there were only two employees working they went above and beyond for our visit.
Normally food is excellent last sea shares I got the breading was definitely off. Love that I can order a side of krumbs. Sometimes the service is slow but, when the inside is closed and onlydrive thru is open only. I understand the wait is longer than normal. One of the best seafood places ever so I will make the drive and wait patiently.
