The guy working today during the Chiefs game was super professional and very accommodating. Even though there were only two employees working they went above and beyond for our visit.
Normally food is excellent last sea shares I got the breading was definitely off. Love that I can order a side of krumbs. Sometimes the service is slow but, when the inside is closed and onlydrive thru is open only. I understand the wait is longer than normal. One of the best seafood places ever so I will make the drive and wait patiently.
This store had some really bad issues in the past. 2 different times I waited an hour for food. Yes, literally an hour! Went back yesterday for the first time in months and the service was great! Friendly people, quick service and great food. Whatever they have done, it's a very positive change.
