I have some feedback about my experience at this particular Baskin Robbins location:
* The customer service from the male owner could be improved. It seems like he is selective about which customers he greets and thanks for coming.
* The cleanliness of the store needs attention. A clean environment is important for a positive customer experience.
* The overall atmosphere of the store could be more welcoming and conducive to customers.
* The restroom was not as clean as I would have liked. I recommend having hand sanitizer available as a precaution.
While this location is convenient for visiting my grandkids, I may consider exploring other ice cream shops like Andy's in the future.

I got a single scoop sugar cone with vanilla. They took a single scoop of vanilla and put it on top of the cone and charged me $5.79. This Baskin-Robbins is owned by dot Indians. They didn't even put ice cream and pack it in the bottom of the sugar cone. They just placed a singular scoop on top and charge me almost $6. I'd recommend QuikTrip for $1 single scoop cones or Sonic and Dairy Queen. This place rips people off.

They didn't even put ice cream and pack it in the bottom of the sugar cone. They just placed a singular scoop on top and charge me almost $6. I'd recommend QuikTrip for $1 single scoop cones or Sonic and Dairy Queen. This place rips people off.

I was very disappointed with the manner in which the manager addressed their mistake with an online ice cream cake order. He began by insisting I was mistaken and that the order had been filled correctly. I was interrupted multiple times as I was trying to explain the mistake and point out the very legitimate evidence that the cake I had ordered was listed online to measure 4"x6" (rectangular) and the cake I received was in fact 4"x4" (square). After reading the online description and order confirmation word-for-word, I was finally able to convince the individual with whom I spoke that the store had made a mistake. At that point, an offer of refund for the difference in the 2 cake sizes was made which I declined as I had no desire to return to the store and again interact with this very rude individual. No apology or acknowledgement of the incredibly rude manner of the manager was made. I cannot comment on the quality/taste of the ice cream cake as it had been purchased as a gift.

Until the owner hires competent staff, I won’t be coming back. 3 different times I’ve had issues with these employees. Shame because my kids enjoy this place but until these staffing issues get resolved, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

This place has been cheating customers for years. They keep making the portions smaller and smaller. This is supposed to be a 2 scoop sundae. It’s about 1/4 the size as they were just a few years ago. This is ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves. We have spent hundreds maybe thousands of dollars here.

I give ZERO stars. I ordered via Door Dash a single medium Chocolate Chip shake. But then turned around and gave my dasher the wrong order! I called up there and these middle eastern owners tried to tell me to come up there to get my shake. This was THEIR mistake. I'm not driving all the way up there for their mistake and I damned sure better not get charged for it!

The ice cream was OK, nothing special. The person serving the ice cream was touching his hair and then serving. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was mold in the corners, everything was rusty, just horrible.
I have previously been to this Baskin-Robbins, and had no issues. But today an older man was taking my order. I told him exactly what I wanted on my banana Royal. He puts one scoop of the correct ice cream on there. The other scoop was incorrect, so I had to correct him. Then I asked for gummy bears, instead of fudge, or caramel on top of my banana royal, and they have put them on there to substitute the caramel or fudge in the past.This old man was very rude about it, and told me he was going to charge me, $1.19 more. I told him I don’t understand you’ve done it before & not change. He said, do you want anything more ma’am. My response was no.He was very unprofessional.I will not be returning to this Baskin-Robbins.

Love this ice cream shop! Great owners ? always have good ice cream and handmade waffle cones with ? chocolate!! Ice cream cakes, shakes, and even just a scoop in a cup. Many fun memories are just sitting outside enjoying the day.They even do delivery *doordash and Uber

I’ve never been to a baskin robbins before, and tonight was my first time! There are tons of flavors and the employees are extremely friendly and efficient. They gave me 2 huge scoops! Not too expensive either.
