I came there at 10:25, 35 minutes before closure and they were done, they wanted to serve me cold food, basically left over since they’ve wrapped everything, very very disappointed, I come there 4 days a week.
Now not anymore, you just lost a customer.

Spent $15 on my online order for a bowl and taco. Was the only car in the drive thru and sat there for 7 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally get my food and both the bowl and taco are cold. The bowl was maybe 3/4 full. Not worth $15 at all
Literally smallest bowl I have ever received at a chipotle. Thought I was getting pranked at first.
Managers, lighten up on that portion control training! I don’t do many reviews but had to let the people know on this one.

They always load my bowls up nicely and this time I sent my husband to get our food and the drink I wanted was out so the manager went and made more for me. The customer service here is always great!

If they had Drive Thru, or you could use a gift card on the app, things would really be better. Not a bad burrito joint. Good middle of the road place. A bit loud.

I went inside, no customers were inside. Several of the food containers were empty or very close to it. What l received in my bowl was not very good 😕. I believe it had been setting out a long time. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.
This is bad because I went to the other chipotle off flintlock and had a similar experience. I don't go there either. Have never had another bad experience at any other chipotle I have ate at.

Ordered on the mobile app and this is the pitiful bowl that I got and cost $13.
Food tastes good, but I'd like portions that are aligned with what I am paying. I can't imagine anyone thinking this is reasonable. It indicates to me that this is a management problem pushing employees to keep portions small.

I love Chipotle. But I have never received a bag of chips from this location that wasn’t stale/tough. The rest of the food is good….but for Christ sake just make fresh chips - these things ALWAYS taste two days old minimum.
