Update: The owner personally called and addressed the issue. I will definitely give them another chance because he took an active interest in the customer experience. I can respect that and genuinely appreciate it. I used to like eating here but now it's not as good. Then you see employees walking around eating while making your food. At least take your food to the break room or something. Nobody is wearing gloves or washing their hands that I saw. I'll probably just start going to pizza ranch or somewhere more sanitary.

The manager that night with a goatee kept scratching his head and forehead. Then not washing his hands he would go to the dough machine and start putting them thru. They were not able to keep pizzas on the bar and not able to keep plates. It was not that busy. Salad bar was bad and looked like all old stuff that needed to be thrown away. I watched them just fill on top of old.

We had great salad, pasta, and pizza lunch. We were closer to the Liberty location. Easy to get to, and great location.
We are from Grandview where there was formerly a location and went to have one.

Slow evening so pizza was not fresh and a little over warmed. There was no ice for beverages which were warm. Definitely not worth $3.19 each for 2 drinks. They could have warned us, or better yet discounted beverages.

Food was soggy, Soda machine was out of ice so all drinks were room temperature (Paid for Sodas ended up drinking room temp water), Brownies were completely rock solid. Used to be so good not sure what’s changed. Tables were dirty staff was nice but seemed more like a social hour rather than a job.

I haven’t had CiCi’s in years. It tastes as good as I remember, and I absolutely love it. We and in with makeup on and everyone was so friendly and inquisitive. Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. Happy we picked this place to eat.
There were several tables between 1:30 and 3. The place was clean, inviting, with a pleasant aroma. They kept that buffet stocked. I swear it has new pizza every time I walked up. They handled 2 large parties while we were there, without a hickup.

I went today and The restaurant was busy during my stay. The staff was completely overwhelmed and exhausted. The staff was great, and able to maintain the rush, however, you could tell they were tired and hot. I even looked at the AC and it said 86?! Are the managers and owners of the store really going to let their staff work during a heat advisory, with no AC. I feel bad for the employees that have had to work in these conditions.
Its a pizza buffet great for kids. They'll make any pizza you ask for. Prices are decent for 5 plus drinks about $70. Better than McDonald's

The pepperoni pizza was okay, not so much with the hawaiian pizza. No cheese on the salad bar, which I find surprising. Did not bother with the desserts, they were picked over and some was empty. Restaurant waste is very high since they only offer plastic utensils. I won't be back

Kind of a letdown this time. Mgr was NOT skilled in customer service, at all. Food was subpar, and they seemed reluctant to actually make anything for you. When you inquired (Do y'all no longer make the fudge brownies?) they, quite specifically, said they COULD make it for you, 🤷♀️but then they DID NOT.🤦♀️
