We love the food and service. Everytime we go we have great service. The last time we went there was in February and the heater was broken and it was cold inside but we stayed and ate with are coats on. We went back by to eat in March but they're closed it says temporarily. It's now in April and it's still closed 😔 I hope they open up soon.

The food is good! The employees were friendly and nice. However, every time we've been to a Dickeys location (this is our 4th try) they are out of a main food item. This location was out of BBQ chicken and BBQ turkey (it was 1 pm on a Thursday). Also, they had one restroom with a handmade 'Employees Only' sign and the other said 'out of order.' We asked (since we still had a 3 1/2 hour drive home) and were told they had NO restrooms available to use, they were both actually out of order. Which then begs the question, how were the two employees using the restroom??? Too many variables, we won't be back to any Dickies locations.

Parking: Handicapped parking is literally right next to the zero-entry door.
Bought a gift card to try this place. Tried to go several times based on hours posted but they were closed with the open sign on. Tried to order online and it said it was accepting orders, let me order and pay, but when we showed up the sign saying open was on but the doors were locked. Trying to get our money back but no one is answering at corporate or this location. I honestly just want my money back for my gift cards and don’t even want to try this place ever.
