Received my order - half hour late - cold - wrong items - not what was ordered and super greesy.
Recieved a different order - someone didn’t get their pizza - sandwiches had bacon on them very little sauce. The cheese bread was crazy greesy that the box was saturated.
Pizza asked to have one side with pineapple but it was on the who lot. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the one!
Family were sick the next day - great Christmas gift Domino's

They made a mistake on my order, apologized and said they would make a new one, but then they called me a liar to my father’s face! So that’s fun! Very unprofessional. One of the workers was nice and refunded it the other one was very rude I was shocked hearing what she accused me of considering i literally paid for a pizza that they messed up on???

This Domino's in Liberty doesn't have people to work there. Literally they have ONE person ok n the store and he/she also has to do deliveries?
When you get there, the order is ready but the store is closed and the pizza is already cold.
Where the heck is the regional manager, the owner? Seriously you're going to keep this happening? Shameful!

Pizzas’ were not made correctly, they couldn’t even cut the cheese pizza correctly they over cut it really bad. I had to have them remake one pizza it was so bad and we paid 53$!! For your crappy pizzas that in the end none of them were any good. What’s happening to your dominoes cause dang they are not good.

This is easily the worst dominoes I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been ordering from Dominoes for over 20 years, and after we moved to Kansas City we stopped ordering from the dominoes that delivers in our area, 118 Conistor StreetLiberty, MO. Their online ordering doesn’t work at ALL. You can only call, which takes twice as long. They do NOT answer their phone at the store, so feedback is impossible. Over the last 3 years I’ve ordered occasionally from here because I miss Dominoes, and over 50% of the time my order is wrong. So at what point is management going to actually make a positive improvement?

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Called store after order had been delayed 10 plus minutes. Original employee stated issues existed with the tracker for domino's and it had been at least a week of that...no indication to the customer that issues existed. Employee puts manager on who basically repeats the same thing but blames me as the customer for just not being patient to wait indefinitely for the order to arrive. Tried to get some sort of resolution for the delivery issues after repeatedly being told that the issue was with my patience and not the fact that they failed to let the customer know about any issues existing with inaccurate delivery times and expect them to just wait indefinitely for delivery. The manger proceeded to hang up on me when his name (Richard, name provided by other employee) was requested. Order arrived 30 plus mins after it suppose to. DRIVER WAS GREAT!

We ordered a few weeks ago and online our order went from in process to done in a few minutes. So I ran up there. Parked. And all the lights on the dining area were off, the open sign was off and it looked like they were closed. But there were employees in there so I knocked a few times. And not a single employee looked my way or acknowledged my knocking in any way. Just kept right on with their conversation. So I tried the door and it was open. I got my pizza. And the smell was noxious. My best guess was the olives were not good any more. What a waste of pizza. But also knew it was pointless to complain. Then someone else I know ordered pizza there 2 days ago and brought it to our house for the game. They ordered well in advanced and when they got there they had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. Domino's was that far behind. But in the app their pizza was marked as done. Also the option to pay in store is always off. Why offer the option of you are never going to allow it to be used. This place a absolutely awful. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I ordered my food almost 2h ago and i still didn’t receive it and i tried to call them for more then 40 min and nobody answered until guys said that they are busy and they didn’t refund me my money when i cancelled my order this store sucks this is second time they are doing this……

When we ordered our pizza we were told it would be about 45 minute wait in which we agreed to so we sat and waited but after an hour went by my husband went up to the counter and said I am waiting on my order in which he was asked his name - the guy said oh it was done about 15 minutes ago and took it off the shelf, when we asked why nobody told us it was done since we had been sitting there for over an hour, his reply was oh he is new 🤔
