Domino's Pizza

The pizza was hot and delicious!! I ordered several item for a lunch and learn with customers, the staff helped me carry them to my car, very friendly and polite!

When we ordered our pizza we were told it would be about 45 minute wait in which we agreed to so we sat and waited but after an hour went by my husband went up to the counter and said I am waiting on my order in which he was asked his name - the guy said oh it was done about 15 minutes ago and took it off the shelf, when we asked why nobody told us it was done since we had been sitting there for over an hour, his reply was oh he is new 🤔

Stated hours says closes at 1:00 am. Closed at 11:00 pm. On Friday. If you are not going to keep posted hours change posted hours.

ordered for carry out, when we arrived they told us they were closed at 10pm when their hours say they’re open til 1am. Wouldn’t even open the door and said we may or may not get a refund.

So last night they messed up and gave me someone else’s pizza. They gave me two pepperonis instead of a pepperoni and one sausage so they said to come back in the store and they will make it right so I couldn’t last night. It was too late so I tried today and the manager wouldn’t give me his name that denied me the pizza and he cussed me out on the phone so I called another Store on the one on North Oak. They was gonna replace the pizza but I didn’t feel comfortable and wanting it anymore so tonight I ordered two large pizzas, a chicken and a pepperoni and went into the store. Tried to pick it up and they refused to give me my order And even called the cops on me said that I was aggressive which I wasn’t all I had said to the manager that’s working tonight was you all should say your name on the phone so we’ll know who we’re talking to when we call so now I called North Oak Trafficway again told them the situation again They replace my pizza that was supposed to be for my grandfather‘s birthday, but this place is so awful. They will lie and say obligations like this. I’m asking for the head general manager to look over at this video footage and make this right fire the person that was aggressive to me That said that I was aggressive if I was truly aggressive, why would you run up to me?

My order was quoted for 35 minutes for delivery. Hour and a half later my food shows up cold and not eatable.

Ordered two pizzas Friday night. The app said they were starting my order and it would be ready in 14 to 19 minutes.

After 40 minutes with no progress I decided to just drive up there. Thought it might be ready and the app hadn’t updated or maybe they hadn’t gotten the order.

Turns out they had the order and told me it would be at least another hour and half.

Asked for a refund and supposedly got one.

Took them 2 seconds to charge my card but the refund takes 10 business days?

While I was there another customer was in the process of getting a refund as well. I can see why this place has so many bad reviews.

This location has been slow before but this was ridiculous and the final straw for me.

Too many other pizza places, I recommend going somewhere else.

Worst place I’ve been to. They tough everything including their face and grab the dough and start stretching it out it’s disgusting! WASH YOUR HANDS!!! There are 3 girls that work and 2 of them are arguing with the other loud enough for us customers to her. I did a carry out and been waiting 20 min I’ll stick with pizza hut

After being on the phone for 22 minutes trying to order, they transferred me to this store it was answered by a rude, inconsiderate person and when I had enough I just hung up. THEY GOT MY WIFES NUMBER FROM THE ORDER AND TEXTED HER AND SENT HER A RAUNCHY MESSAGE THAT MY SIX YEAR OLD SAW.

For the umpteenth time . . . Says delivered and nothing. Called . . . Died on hold after the repeat . . . Blah, blah,blah . . . For 20 minutes each . . . Charged said delivered . .. paid for nothing! Has happened several times. Good to be in business when you charge . . . No product . . . Great profit margin!

DO NOT COME HERE! every single time i kid you not they mess up on several things. the only reason i eat here is because my family loves dominos. today they put bacon in the cheesy bread and didn’t put the main sauce on the sandwich and forgot sauces. i went back to ask if they could remake it but i forgot the food at home. i had proof of purchase and pictures my family sent but they said i had to bring the food back or they wont make it. for what? just to throw it away? disgusting. you gonna pay for my gas and time if i came back for a third time? do better.

If I could give negative stars I would what on earth is wrong with dominos SPEND 40 MINUTES ON HOLD couldn’t get the app to work or online and even with the bot it was not taking cards at all and OH RIGHT WHEN WE WANTED TO USE CASH WE COULDNT CAUSE THERE BEEN “to manny abandoned orders “ WHAT HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM if the cards arnt working and we can’t pay cash what are we supposed to do when it’s already late and everything else’s is either closed or closeing. All the people we talked to between this location and the other one barely could speak English and were mumbling the whole time DONT TRUST THEM WITH Your CARD INFO gave them two cards and it wasn’t working at all idk if it’s some kinda scam on the side and refused to buy any type of manger on the phone oh did I mention THE 40 minutes on hold and that was when I was being nice and had no attuitude domino corporate check in ur damn stores !!!!!!!! It’s clear with the crappy reviews something needs to be done !!! Update could be scammers trying to steal ur card info went to taco bell and the card works just fine no error crap like they were trying to tell us was happening
