Placed a drive thru order. Ordered 2 donuts. A double chocolate (chocolate glazed chocolate cake) and a maple long john. When we got to the window, they told us they were out of maple long johns but had maple glazed and asked if that was okay. We said yes to the maple glaze. Paid and got our order. Got home and had a maple glaze and a chocolate glazed white cake donut. The chocolate glaze chocolate cake was really the whole reason we went...craving, not satisfied, sadly.

This is by far the worst drive thru I’ve ever been to. Every time I come, the wait is ridiculously long, the workers aren’t friendly, and they are always out of product. I’m currently still sitting in line and have been here for 15 minutes. It’s insane they’re still in business.

Vegetarian options: Oils for frying are probably not vegetarian.
Parking: Very small interior - no tables. I'd consider the donuts selection limited.
Kid-friendliness: Not bad, but sold out of donuts, that the kids would prefer.

We had the BEST experience at Dunkin today because of Ashley! It’s the first big snow of the season and we decided to bring our 2 large dogs with us through the drive through to get some breakfast. Their menu had a great selection of holiday and regular breakfast items so things already started off great. Then we pulled around and Ashley offered some pup cups to our dogs. She not only put them in a normal pup cup, but she placed them in a larger cup to make them less messy! (Any large dog owner knows how genius this is and incredibly helpful! Plus it’s something we never thought of before!) Next, as we were waiting for our order to finish being made, she asked if they liked/could have bacon! This was such an over the top experience! We normally just run to whatever place pops into our head first or is closest, but because of the care and warmth of this interaction with Ashley we will be going to Dunkin Donuts from now on! We ordered a large iced holiday cookie signature latte, 2 of the 9 piece loaded hash browns with queso and crumbled bacon, 3 strawberry donuts, and 1 of the 2 piece bacon and cheddar omelet bites (I wish I took pictures of everything because they all looked incredible!!) For all of this it was only $25.84! This total is extremely affordable for the amount of food we got and definitely beats other places! Not only did everything look amazing, it tasted like real food. The flavors all worked together well and everything was delicious! We couldn’t recommend this place more and we will definitely be back more frequently!

cashiers was AMAZING , very nice and helpful but....got munchkins, there was almost NO glaze on them ( and I got 3 different kinds!) they were awful, just dry donut holes, they need to take time in mornings and make them correctly ..with glaze all over them....I used to work at a dunk in donuts , I made them every morning, and these were BAD , had to throw them out ? but the service was great !

I was there today at almost 2pm order #3546. I ordered a duncanlette...... Apparently they aren't making these anymore but still on menu. So then I ordered some bacon snackers. She said they were out of them and it would be at least 20 minutes so I said fine and settled on a grill cheese. Total was $11 and change. So paid for it and she comes back to window and said it's going to have to be all white cheese we are out of American. So fine I'll take all white. A few minutes later I'm handed a little box with my sandwich. I pulled around the corner and opened the box. Inside were two slices of cold bread and three slices of cold cheese. They never mentioned they were out of grilling as well. I went in and told the little girl I was very unhappy and asked to speak to manager. Sh said there is no manager here now. Another little girl came out I showed her my sandwich and she said that was how they made it. I requested a refund and was told a manager has to do that. But no manager was there

Normally, I use the drive-thru for my coffee fix and have no complaints, however today I walked into the store and planned on making a cash payment. No greeting, no, I'll be right with you. No customer service at all. Waited for someone to appear to take my order for 3 minutes. I was told someone would be with me shortly. 5 minutes later, I am furious and now want eff all from this place. Only orders being filled are in the drive thru. Dunkin prioritizes debit and credit orders more than cash.

We ordered our donuts at the drive-thru and went to pick up at the window. The employee at the window was completely disrespectful and rude because they had two tickets for my order instead of on one ticket. He got extremely aggravated and threw the donuts into my window as he started yelling. We were completely shocked. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
