I love Dunkin'! I recently moved from Texas where Dunkin was my weekday morning go to. I found this one in Liberty and was so thrilled. My butter pecan coffee with cream was perfection! Nice to have a consistent experience regardless of where Dunkin is located. Service was fast, friendly and it was easy to get in and get out. So many good choices whether you want sweet or savory food. I had snackin' bacon today. Who knows what it will be tomorrow? Reward system is pretty awesome to via their app.

The wait here is insane for their drive thru. I understand being short staffed but a 45 minutes wait in drive thru is just LAZY, And they make it to where you can’t get out of line. Wasted my lunch break here and was late back to work all because there was no way to get out of there drive thru!!!

Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct at Dunkin’ Donuts Liberty Office Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Corporate Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with the Dunkin’ Donuts Liberty office. On September 9th, I called seeking the corporate office phone number. A woman who identified herself as the assistant office manager answered. Her response was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for the corporate number, she stated with attitude that she did not know it and told me to look online. I explained that the number is not listed online, and she dismissively said, “oh well,” before hanging up on me. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a management position. It not only reflects poorly on Dunkin’ Donuts as a company but also demonstrates a lack of basic professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist. Additionally, this assistant office manager has a reputation for being unavailable, avoiding calls, and failing to provide support to employees or customers. I urge Dunkin’ Donuts to review this matter seriously. Employees in management roles should be accessible, respectful, and helpful, not dismissive or evasive. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this employee’s conduct and to ensure that other customers and employees are not treated in the same manner.

The food is pretty good. The drinks always done right. However, the attention to detail with orders is not good. I've had multiple orders where I've order bacon avocado toast without bacon. Today I ordered 2 croissants and only got 1. No one is ever rude or disrespectful. Always smiles! It's just frustrating to pay for the item and not receive it.
