Orders were quick and accurate...the munchkins were yummy.... My turkey sausage and egg bagel was so good.

The food is pretty good. The drinks always done right. However, the attention to detail with orders is not good. I've had multiple orders where I've order bacon avocado toast without bacon. Today I ordered 2 croissants and only got 1. No one is ever rude or disrespectful. Always smiles! It's just frustrating to pay for the item and not receive it.

What has happened š³ customer service was bad. I placed my order there were 2 car in front of me. When it was time to get my order they had sold mine to someone else. Did get others not what I had ordered. They were horrible dry no real flavor. Threw them out the window. Very disgusting

Check your drinks for accuracy before you leave. Twice they've messed ours up, and the wife has dairy issues. It's a pain in the butt to have to turn around and drive back, then have to wait even longer to get the correct drinks.

I had an online order that I placed when I get there. There was only one person in front of me. It took the worker somewhere between five and seven minutes to take my order. I even said hello at one Point and she said Iāll be right with you and was not right with me mind you I wouldāve walked inside at this point because I was just over it, but there was already five cars piled behind me. once they took my order I said hi I have an online order and said my name pulled up to the window. There was no one there just me and she said do you have an online order? I said yes and she asked me my name and I was confused because I just got done saying that at the Speaker I just waited at for almost 10 minutes. She handed me a coffee and said thereās your order. I said this is not my whole order. I had food. She said oh you had food handed me a bag was not the food I got. I said this was not my order. She was like oh OK hand me a different bag. It was the correct food, but it still was missing an item so I told her she was super rude about it And then says sorry about that and then close the window. I honestly just internalized that Iām never coming here again but then I go to take a bite out of my food and it literally is still cold and frozen. It was not thoroughly cooked through. I tried saying something to customer service and they offered me points for my app and I want my money. Whoever the girl working today, June 29 around 12:30 has zero customer service and she also does not know how to properly do her job. I feel that people deserve a chance to do better at their job but you guys need to teach her how to do it better this was insane. I just wanted coffee and some food.

Consistently below average. Have mistakenly tried it multiple times hoping for a different outcome because of its convenient location. Donuts are bland and usually dry, drinks are just layered with syrup and the staff attitudes generally align with the dry donuts. The bucket of donuts was a cool idea, until we tried them. Dry and bland as usual. Unless you are lucky and get a filled one. It helps get it down.
Just going to support local businesses from here on out as the chains are perfectly fine offering disgusting āfoodā and ādrinksā for your dollar.

if u come in to order instead of ordering through the app or drive thru, the employees pay zero attention to u. Stood for 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged my existence. Left without buying anything

Drive thru today for a large sugar free vanilla latte.
The girl at the window had her shirt half off of her. The coffee drink I paid almost $7.00 for was so weak and I could barely taste the vanilla.. it was all milk. I watched the girl fill the balance up with milk after mixing it (with milk) and it wasnāt quite full so she filled the balance with milk. I came home and brewed some espresso from my breville and added some sugar free vanilla from my own coffee bar. Totally lame. I wonāt go there next time, Iāll save the $7.00 and drive home and brew my own⦠disappointing.

I ordered a medium chai latte. Over half of it was nothing but foam and the liquid tasted like water! I tried to call up there to say I wanted a replacement but you apparently can't get a hold of someone in the store. Purposefully not allowing customers to have anything to say about the product. Shame on you Dunkin! That's the climate for today. Shoddy products and pretend customer service! When can we get back to people taking the job seriously?

The woman took my order at the ordering box messed it up, asked me to come to the window messed it up again then gave me the wrong size drink . Remade to drink, but didnāt make the drink how I ordered my drink on top of that the coffee taste burnt. I tried to call, but no one ever answered the phone.
