I was a huge fan of the chocolate cookie without the chocolate chips and frosted with the chocolate frosting. Looked forward to picking some up when we went to the city, we live 50 miles away. So for my birthday February 5th I ordered the large chocolate cookie, stressed no chocolate chips with the chocolate frosting. Told the young girl I loved Snoopy, sunflowers, just to give ideas. Well was told it would be ready by noon on the 4th, it wasn't ready when husband went to pick up at 3. Well the cookie was cute but the actual cookie was wrong. Full of chocolate chips and the almond frosting was over powering. I have called the shop twice, no reply and also sent a Facebook message. The second time I called was after the superbowl and was told they had pulled the order ticket but got busy with superbowl cookies, so $28.00 thrown in the trash.

I had dropped the ball on getting cookies for my book club party. I called them at 10am to see if could just pick some up. Then asked if by chance they could add book club or books on the cookies. They said they could and it was no problem. I went to get them at 2pm and they went above and beyond what I had expected. Everyone loved the cookies and thought they were so cute. I would highly recommend them!

My cookie cake was absolutely disgusting, the cookie was crumbly and dry, and none of the icing stuck to the cake. as we cut it all the icing fell off. don’t even get me started on the design it looked absolutely awful and didn’t look anything like we asked. this cake was for a 19th birthday, looked like it was for a 5 year old. I do not recommend ordering from here ever. and I will not be back.
