We ordered 2 Super Bowl iced cookie cakes and individual cookies. The amount of almond extract in both the cakes and cookies is overwhelming and therefore cannot taste the actual cookie. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I've been going to Eileen's for years and have always loved the iced chocolate chip cookies! I went in recently to get more of those delicious cookies and was prepared to purchase another discount card since my previous one had expired. This experience was different than previous years because I was told I wouldn't be receiving a discount on the cookies I was purchasing that day. I've always received the discount on card purchase day in years past so I was confused and disappointed. I asked a couple of questions and noticed that this policy is not noted on the card itself or any signage that I observed and ultimately chose to leave without cookies. After being a discount card customer for so long, I honestly was put off by being told I'd now need to pay full price on the occasion that I purchase the card. It seems like such a small thing to argue over but the service level was lacking and makes me less excited to go back in the future, even with my brand new discount card.

Don't take their word for getting a cake at a certain time.. I was told to call first thing in the morning to get a cake.. I did and nope no cake... wasted 3 hour drive.

This is a small business in Liberty, MO. Their cookies are yummy, their decorators are talented and the staff is friendly and attentive. When doing special orders the staff works with you to create your masterpieces. My grandson in Texas always requests a cookie cake from here and asks me to bring it with me to Texas.

Today was my first time coming into the store, I got the chocolate mint cookie, and it was so delicious, my son got them lemon on lemon , he said it was so good.I can't wait to come back.The prices are really good and speaking for the cookie we had, ummm yeah I'm coming back for more. I am thinking of buying my husband a cookie cake instead of a cake for his birthday in a few months.
