My family and I eat here at least once a week, it's always a good experience. My son and I both have dietary restrictions; we always get exactly what we ordered and never have any issues. Tip: Get their app, you build points quickly...I get free sandwiches often.

Subs are tasty, buy kinda pricey for the amount of food you get. Counted 6 people working when we ate here, and we were the only customers in the restaurant...took 10 min to be served for 2 small subs.

Firehouse Subs staff are always friendly and welcoming, with a smile on their face every time I visit. My pepperoni pizza meatball sub is always made fresh and tastes great!

It was a super busy evening! Everyone was working hard. Food was flying out the door. I was impressed. Our order was perfect and delicious!

We have now placed at least two orders that "never" showed up in the tickets. The meals had been purchased and paid for and they refused to serve us when even though they saw the email for the order. Manager and owner had to call each other, and still got incrediblely poor customer service. Didn't get our money back and didn't get our food. Don't ever order anything online from them, you're playing roulette. Thanks for ruining the night.

Never order online their system only works 1% of the time. And when it’s not working and they don’t get your order. They won’t take your email receipt and fix the problem. They try to push you off and say the “owner” will co tact you. Sounds like stealing to me. I didnt get my food for my family, lost money and points. Their people never know what to do or what’s going on. After being a loyal customer for a few years I’m no longer. Since this isn’t the first time they have done this. And it’s happen to many others.
