Management needs to tell their employees to take care of the orders and customers IN THE RESTAURANT vs catering to Doordash losers who are too lazy to go get their own food. I literally waited 20 min, watched 10 delivery drivers pick up food, and finally asked where my order was... they apparently didn't know about it. I placed it at their fng register in the restaurant!! Come on guys. Do better. Yeah the food is good.

Went to this store thinking I could get a burger and fries for a decent price. They give a good burger. My fries were soggy and cold. Burger was 10 dollars and was worth it. The fries no. 6 dollars for the smallest portion of fries that were not only soggy, over salted and not even cooked all the way. For 6 dollars worth of the smallest portion of fries.

Ever since the older black man stopped cooking there, the burgers have been dry and tasteless. They use to be juicy with lots of flavor. We kept going back hoping to get the delicious burgers we fell in love with but it's never happened. Guess it's back to Retro Bowl and the 300 burger!

Second time getting this and it's pretty good.... Burger was juicy (little bacon cheeseburger) fries were crispy and fresh(love some fresh fries) and the complimentary peanuts weren't bad either ?
