Not open...ever...don't believe hours online.
Got there at 8:08pm. They were closed. Sign says 9pm so does their website....
Said they would open at 4 and it was still closed. Wondering if they arent open anymore.
You said you were open but it’s 7:33 and it wasn’t open even your sign said open till 8:30 pm. Please change your sign or be open when you say your going to be open.
What are the hours of this place? Website says it’s open, sign in for said it’s open but… not open. This isn’t the first time either

Really good boba, but extremely slow service.
For real is this place actually open? Wife and I have been wanting to try rolled ice cream and have tried to go to this place 4 times over the past several months and it’s never once been open. Sign on the door says winter hours opening at 2 on Sunday, 2:45 and door is locked. Would be nice if they would post proper hours or maybe out a sign in the door if they close outside those hours given that it seems to happen constantly? So confused by this business practice.
I really hate rating things bad, I do..But this experience was painfully awful. 5+ dollars for a lackluster drink, inattentive staff, and service that made the time there upsetting. One of our drinks wasn't filled all the way, which was unprofessional, and the employees were all hiding in the back room. Another family was waiting for service as well. It wasn't a good experience, I hope it gets better.
Came by at 4 pm on a Thursday . Door is locked and no one is inside. No sign saying anything about why. Looks like it might be permanently closed.
