WOW, the carrot cake pancakes were out of the world! The staff is very prompt for being as busy as they were. A definite recommend while in Liberty Mo.
I had the tenderloin sandwich and the wife had a Taco salad both were very filling and delicious
Egg Benedict, the eggs were over cooked to my liking but very good 😊
This is my go-to breakfast spot in Liberty. Love the eggs Benedict, the breakfast burrito, iconic breakfast potatoes, and we always await the seasonal pancakes (especially the pumpkin one in the fall). Also has great Sandwiches like the chicken sandwich with honey mustard.
Great service very friendly excellent food!!!
Stepping into Ginger Sues is always a treat! From the moment you walk in, the servers are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home.
!The French toast is an absolute must-try. They make it with long slices of French bread, which gives it this incredible texture and flavor you just don't find anywhere else. And if you're looking for something refreshing, their smoothies are delicious – the perfect complement to any breakfast.
Food quality is always great. Haven't had issues in the past when requesting to leave off the green onion from the eggs Benedict, but this last time it was not only left on (not a huge inconvenience normally) but it was literally a small handful tossed on top (normally maybe 10 thin slices equiv to teaspoon, this was easily a quarter cup). It was an excessive amount that took time to remove off. I simply don't like green onion and luckily since it's fresh it doesn't leave a lingering flavor but had i been allergic or they'd been cooked onion, it would have been inedible there was that much. Waitress didn't notice/remember that I requested no onion (which she did repeat back to me when taking the order), that is the only reason for 4* on service. I've been there myself, while the chef made the oversight (assuming when she submitted the order she did type in no onion), it is the servers responsibility to ensure the orders are correct before bringing out. Hubby had a Denver omelet and said it was heavily loaded with green peppers too. Chef must have had a very large hand lol.
Typical brunch places usually have loud music and Hobby Lobby-type breakfast decor: Ginger Sue's didn't. That could be a plus or negative to some people but for me it was a plus as I could focus more intentionally on conversations. The food was awesome and the portions were nice for the price as well. Friendly service too!

I ordered an egg salad sandwich with ketchup for fries online. Hubby picked up and got home and it was a fried egg sandwich with two packets of ketchup and an additional 50 cents charged to my account along with a $1.75 convenience fee?? I called and they so kindly refunded me exactly $10.25? Seriously.
3 miles off I-35, 100% worth the detour! Food was outstanding and service was super. 2 hour free (paralell) parking in front of the restaurant. Cafe Mocha was great. Pepsi products are served. Brioche French toast was really good (3 slices is standard). BYO omelet: bacon, cheese, onion & I asked for fresh diced tomatoes on top (and it wasn't a problem) was FABULOUS. It was topped with millionaire bacon - delightful! Breakfast potatoes were flavorful and seasoned with rosemary & ginger, which I really enjoyed. The fluffy biscuit, with butter and jam, was the perfect ending. Clean plates all around. Under $40. The biscuits and gravy looked good, as did the breakfast burrito. Liberty is an adorable town, and the shops around Ginger Sue's had some cute stuff. Chocolate shop, too! Enjoy! I will be going back when in KC (and already told my friends about it)! Great breakfast! Staff should be proud.
