Went for brunch today. Ordered coffee right away. We were told machine was being worked on and coffee would come shortly. We were there for an hour and still no coffee. Would never have stayed and eaten if we'd known there'd be no coffee. Won't return.

When we arrived we were told it was a 20 minute wait. But it took them over an hour to get us seated. The Cafe mocha was perfectly hot and satisfying. But the eggs were fairly cold and unseasoned.

Nice place to eat in Liberty, MO. Food was not necessarily bad, taste was good, just not exactly what I ordered and how they described it in the menu. I ordered a scrambled bowl with chicken, the bowl was more of a plate and the scrambled eggs were more of an omelette with all the vegetables inside, that omelette was on top of potatoes and chicken and all of it topped with hollandaise sauce. Not a bad taste, but not necessarily a breakfast bowl. The atmosphere was ok, nothing special also not bad. The service was a bit of a miss, food did not come at the same time for everyone and pancakes arrived before the actual meal. Overall not a bad place, probably service is good most of the time and I just had bad luck, when it comes to food I am sure we all have different preferences, for me it was 3 ⭐️ .

Quaint little place with great service. We were fortunate to have arrived early enough so didn’t have to wait. The Salmon Benedict was delicious, though I would have liked a runny yolk instead of an over medium fried egg. The server did provide extra hollandaise sauce to compensate.
Overdone biscuits for their biscuits and gravy (gravy was good), undercooked bacon with an odd seasoning on it, which wasn't good.
Sausage links too salty. Eggs were good, fried potatoes were over cooked. Just pretty disappointing

Ginger Sue's is our absolute favorite spot for breakfast in Liberty, and it's not even close! The food is consistently fantastic—it's authentic, always tastes delicious, and they have great vegetarian options. I especially love that they have a seasonal menu that keeps things fresh and exciting. But as wonderful as the food is, the real reason we keep coming back is the incredible customer service. Every single employee is so genuinely friendly and welcoming. That warm atmosphere is what truly makes this place a gem. We just love it here!

Shelby is absolutely spectacular. She knew my friend who’s a regular here, but I was here for the first time. She was so much fun and helped me understand the best way to order the delicious coffees and specialty drinks.. I can’t wait to come back.
