I used to love going to this location and would frequent a couple times a week but now I have had nothing but bad experiences since they switched ownership maybe a year ago now. They seriously put no more then 2-3 extremely thin slices of meat on every sandwich now. I thought it was just me, but it looks like its just how they do it now. Dont go here unless you want to pay for a loaf of bread with hardly any toppings.

This location in Liberty Missouri has really gone down first of all they cut their meats really thin paper thin and expect you to pay these high prices for the sandwiches. Second of all when you try to use your rewards they never know how to work their reward scanner or know what kind of reward specials they got running on what day and they always act like it's you that has the issue (the customer). Whoever is running this store location 314 South 291 highway needs to be retrained in all areas. I will not be returning as a customer to this location.

I strongly discourage anyone from using the app, calling in an order, or ordering online. The owners will fill EVERY walk in order before ever considering making your food.
Don’t order online here, they won’t help you. They only fix in person orders. I will not be back

New ownership is not in it for the customer. $16.45 for a 16 inch penny club, roast beef sliced so thin it will not cover the bread completely, you could probably lay it on a news paper and still read it . So little dressings on it you would think the olives and jalapeños cost them $1.00 per slice. Will never spend another penny at the Liberty location. They seem like they are trying to give the other SUB standard shop for the fewest ingredients at the highest price.
I wonder if the man who gave the 5 star review a week ago , Jasmin Patel, is the new owner or related to new owner

I haven't been to a really good mr. Good cents in what seems like years. We dropped in and grabbed a couple meals and I was pretty impressed. It was clean and fresh smelling, the people were very nice and casual, and the sandwiches were delicious
