Restaurant was dirty she walked us by 6 empty tables with food still on it and plates food was cool people came in after us was served first the tiles on roof looked nasty too because I spotted a few down the way that looked like they was about to fall and look like black mold is growing on the tiles. This IHOP was not a pleasant experience and wouldn't recommend it unless you really want IHOP even then independence is 30 min south on 291. Just saying.

This place is really turning around. So much better than the last visit I had. Wanda was my server , she’s a veteran that has been doing this a while. The manager Mohammed was so helpful. He sat us when we came in and checked on us after the food came out. I recommend the New York cheesecake pancakes.

Took the family here after a rugby game. Brenda, we got seated pretty quick. Nobody was really there. Our server was definitely not very personable. It took a really long time just to get my check and box for leftovers. When I received my receipt it didn't have any items listed on it. And our meal cost about $80 waited so long to get the first check. I wasn't going to ask for an itemized one. Who knows how long that would take. Food was all right. Overall service was garbage. They really need to do better. If you really want IHOP I would recommend going to a different one.
