Absolutely awful experience. Ordered 4 sandwiches over 2 hours ago from this location. Called to check on my order and they said they didn't receive, despite my order confirmation and card being charged. Gave them order AGAIN. Waited another hour. Called to check, and they want $60 again. Spoke to General Manager Morgan, who said that I have to pay again, she doesn't care if I ever come back, and that I was rude. Disputing charges with my bank and I will tell everyone I know to never return.

We agree with all of the many bad reviews This is the worst food we've ever had at any Jimmy John's ever. Sandwiches are literally thrown together, everything in chunks, you have to reassemble your sandwich, tuna tasted gross. At least 5-6 employees, no excuse. How do you mess up bagged chips? Idk but they were stale.Freaky gross.

The counter staff were friendly and funny. Our food was made quickly and was good. We had the Turkey Tom “unwich”. We like this as it is lighter then having the bread, although I do like the bread!

They have no drive through. You have to go there and walk in and pick up in a tiny crowded parking lot full customers at other restaurants (if you can find a spot). No one wants to deal with that. And they do not deliver even 2 miles away. Why does this location exist? In 4 states this is the worst JJs I've seen.
