Floor covered in water in several spots. The two sides is only ever a handful of waffle fries, if that. They need to provide a larger portion for the prices we pay. Bring back the original fries, waffle fries aren't very good.

Absolutely LOVE the fish fillets! They are perfect. No other place in Liberty even comes close. Light crispy coating. Hush puppies, same. Without any competition in this niche, I don’t understand why you’re not putting profits back into your building. It’s disgraceful. Literally falling down. No sign of any recent upkeep, maintenance, paint. Nothing. Bathroom was also disgusting. Again, LOVE the food, but I’m concerned that the city might shut you down.

Never again. Check your food before you leave. We ordered pickup through the app unfortunately we did not check our food before we left. I did not get pictures of the food but attached what we ordered. We ordered 2 chicken 1 fish 2 hush puppies plus 6 hush puppies coleslaw and 2 fish 3 chicken 2 hush puppies and 2x sriracha cheese curds. We got a box of 2 chicken with 2 hush puppies and fries and a box of 2 fish with 2 hush puppies and fries. So shorted on chicken and fish plus no coleslaw, cheese curds and 6 hush puppies. We live 15-20 mins away and didn’t want to bother going back. Next time we will go to Captain Ds. Our last order was messed up as well.

This location is a joke. They havent had competent management for 3 or 4 years. They open late, never have any food ready and run out of food. I ordered the chicken dinner which is supposed to include 2 hush puppies. When I complained that the hush puppies were missing she said they ran out. I asked for some $ back. She refused saying that the hush puppies are complimentary. I laughed and shook my head. This is a ridiculous excuse. Hushpuppies are advertised as part of the meal and have been part of the meal for decades. They replaced their fries with bland waffle fries. They frequently lie and say they are out of ketchup. Not sure why they lie about this. I still give them 3 stars as their chicken is still delicious. I've been going here since 1976.
Great customer service all around! Great food! I went last night to order the barbecue bacon crunch double burger lol. I ordered that meal along with the seafood platter. I was out doing Uber and I picked up an order for a client at this location and noticed the promotion sign for that new BBQ Burger. I asked the cashier at the front desk what time they close because I'm going to have to come back and try this lol. Long story short, I came back up about 45 minutes before they closed and they took my order they had me pull up to the side to wait because they were busy and needed to take care of everyone no problem. So the cook comes out and tells me he's only able to make a single because they running out of patties, he gave me a handwritten coupon to come back up the next day to get a free double on the house because of the inconvenience. The food was great the service even better when I came back up to get the free Burger they met me with the same kindness and hospitality. I recommend this location they have a great staff I don't eat fast food often but when I do this is where I'm going to go! Everyone at this location deserves a raise!

I went through the drive through on my way out of town. I had a long wait time for the 2 orders, one from each restaurant. I was told the fish was good, but my burger was unidentifiable. I could not place the taste other than like a shortening film that was greasy. No flavor. 3 bites and I wasted my money. Wont go back.

please stop making everyone park by the back door when there is no line. This is inexperienced manager mentality. Yes corperate thinks you're faster than you really are but you get less customers of the practice.

Well the food was OK, but I had lost my appetite due to the rude older gentlemen that took our order. He was so put out at everything, not to mention I witnessed him handle money at the register and then walk back into the kitchen and fix 2 meals grabbing all food and crispies with his bare hands!!! 🤢 There was no Ketchup out, he said he didn't have time to deal with it so I asked for packages he gave me 4 when I had just spent almost $70 on a 12 piece family meal. I asked for more and I got 3 more tossed on the counter with a glare! His clothes were dirty and he was extremely rude!!! Other patrons waiting at the counter were making comments about him, saying he obviously hates his job. It's a shame because there aren't many LJS left so I always look for them when traveling. Unfortunately this was a bad experience. I hope management reads this and makes sure their employees observe the health standards, and I really hope this guy wasn't management!!!
