Even when they're open, they're not - they don't open the restaurant for dine-in most of the time, so you're forced to either sit in your car and eat, or take the grease home and eat it cold. I have to find another spot for greasy fish fillets.... this one is terrible.

I ordered on line and paid at 7:50pm., said it would be ready at 8:04pm. I went to the door it was locked I then went to the drive thru and was told they closed at 8pm due to a water issue. I explained that I ordered on line and paid 48 dollars. The gentleman who I was talking to was nice, but told me he didn't know how to refund me. He took my name, number and order number and said someone would call me. It's now the next day at 6:48pm and I've not heard a word. They need to train the team how to handle issues like this. I've learned a lesson here never order on line and I won't be going back.

Went threw drive threw waited an hour for our food and they didn't get it right left both Cole slaws out the met choices where wrong on both our orders they just kept letting people order and parking them n the back it was a messParking: Parking is horrible

The GM had the kindest costumer service. We called to order a large amount of fish. She went above and beyond to make sure it was prepared and ready to go. We greatly appreciated her professionalism.

Came here for lunch today and found the restaurant clean and well organized. John, the man who waited on us, was very friendly and helpful with our menu selections. The man who prepared our meal and brought it to the window was also friendly. It's unusual in this day and age to find employees who are friendly and happy. Our food was absolutely delicious. The fish and the chicken were perfect!! I don't know why the long John Silver's restaurants are disappearing in other areas but I do hope the Liberty restaurants stays. This was a very good experience today

Normally I don't review fast food joints, but this one deserves it. The last time I went there I was looking for a place to get a snack and a place to hang out and kill some time. The door was locked so I went somewhere else. I recently heard on Facebook that the lobby was open again and that the food was better than ever as if it was under new management so I went back. They were right. Everything was fried to perfection in fresh oil and they even delivered our order to our table. My only disappointment was that they were out of both of the A&W Root Beers on tap. Hopefully they have resolved that.

They always screw up. The staff is rude and slow. They intentionally make you wait if you say something about the service. When you do get the food it is fresh and that's the only good thing about this place. It's hard to get in the parking lot at certain times of the day. Their parking lot is small. The chicken is the only reason I continue to go to this place.

This place is so run down. Very dirty. Be careful walking across the greasy floor, so you don't fall. The food isn't good. It's all batter and grease. Good luck finding the fish. It takes forever to get your order. Long John Silver's used to be so good.Parking: The parking lot needs repairs badly.

We only had a 2 person order. When we ordered we were told that they were out of fries. That should have been a sign but we ordered anyway. We were asked to pull forward and they would bring the food out. We have now been waiting for our food for an hour. One of the workers has been out twice; the first time she said they were working on our order and it would be out next. The next time....30 minutes later the worker came back out and said that there was a "malfunction " and our food would be right out. 30 minutes later the people parked next to us went in and came back out saying that all of the orders were messed up and they were just throwing things into bags. We got our food after over an hour. They were definitely not prepared for Lent at all. Very disappointed.
