đ„ KC Staple That Always Delivers đ One of my absolute must-visits every time Iâm in Kansas City. This local gem never missesâfrom the wraps to the noodle bowls, every dish is a knockout. Honestly, I struggle to choose because everything is that good. The flavors hit, the portions satisfy, and the vibe slaps. Chill, welcoming, and just the right amount of edge. If youâre in KC and not stopping here, youâre doing it wrong.
Ive been going here for years and it used to be super consistent. The amount has been reduced as well as the quality. I ordered 4 of their spring rolls (which used to be my favorite thing because they lasted a couple days and I could enjoy them through the week), but 3 out of the 4 were completely split open so they could not be picked up at all. The chicken was awful in them all. Great big hard lumps that were inedible because they weren't shredded and they were tough to boot. Then the little cups with the peanut sauce barely had enough to cover the bottom of the cup! What a disappointment! Entirely too expensive to have 4 inedible items and to not even have enough sauce to use on the wraps we got was terrible. The little wraps were also next to nothing inside and its not like I was trying something new. I know how they used to be made but if it were my first visit I would never go back.

I came into this Longboards this tuesday evening looking for a lovely and fulfilling meal but i left with way more than that, a smile, a good laugh, and new friends. Immediately upon entering we were greeted with the friendliest âhelloâ i have gotten in my entire life. These workers immediately become more than just people in a workplace they became family. They treated both my friends and I as more than just customers, but as long term companions. I truly felt a sense of home within this small orange building. from the surfboards on the walls to the tikis on the countertop, it immediately brought me back to my times surfing those hawaiian waves circa 74â. i havenât even talked about the wrap. wowza! the warmth that came upon me from the first bite felt like waking up in my childhood home to be greeted first thing by my great great gammy, may she rest in peace. what a world wind of emotions from the 10 minutes in the magical place. maybe, longboards was the friends we made along the way after allđ

Longboardâs has become my go-to for fast and healthy eating! The crew at the Liberty location is nothing short of amazing; always courteous and welcoming. And the food is always fresh and delicious with a menu full of variety to satisfy the whole family! They are definitely a must have for me.

I canât say enough about Longboards, specifically the Liberty location. I have been there a multitude of times, and they are as consistent with the food as any restaurant I go to, and they treat me great every time. The food is fresh and the people are great. Highly recommend!

Ordered the tofu and rice noodle bowl, remove the egg and sauce and swap out for the sweet chilli sauce. Not bad, would be nice to have more options!

Love me some longboards just seems like either the food gets burnt or they leave things out of my Cabo chicken. This time you left out pico and the guacamole. Chicken is in to big of chunks and over all the taste is not at all good. I feel what a waste of time and hard earned money.

Staff recommended the Argentine, which was excellent savory goodness... six stars. Veggie and tofu bowl was lacking. We got it with the chili sauce... it was ONLY the chili sauce...flames of Satan's butthole and thats it :-) (all heat, no flavor) recommend a different sauce. Or add soy (and honey and ginger WITH the heat)
Cool place. Casual atmosphere. Staff friendly. Prices were right. Recommend.
Vegetarian options: Only one veggie dish. Choose your sauce wisely.
