We used to eat here every month or so but hadn’t been there for several months & the food has really gone downhill. What we had was barely edible & I wish I hadn’t eaten what little I did. Very disappointing.

Extremely filthy place. Trash was all of the floors and under tables. My husband said the bathroom was disgusting. The food was edible but not very good. Service was okay. We will never return. I don't understand why so many people rave about this restaurant.

I come to Liberty Margaritas quite often. Great Margaritas and good food. Today I had to call and complain to a manager. Normally the service is outstanding. Today, November 11th, beyond awful service. I went at happy hour. Only 5 tables with people. After being seated I ordered a Margaritas. The waitress never came back to take my order, so I had to catch her walking by. My menu sat on the table the entire time I was there, I had to wave my arm in the air to get the attention of the staff to get another drink, the whole while everyone behind the bar was on their cell phones along with the door greeter and bus boy who also were on their phones. My dirty glasses sat on the table until I left. The people that were sitting next to me left, and their dirty dishes were still there when I left. It is a treat to get to go out to eat. Not today. This is your job people. Get off your cell phones and pay attention to your customers. It will be a long time before I go back.

Our first waitress was extremely rude and snotty. My sister was a server at a popular restaurant for more than 10 years, and she took home bank every day she worked. And to have this little snot roll her eyes because we needed a little more time to peruse the menu, not cool. Our second waitress was fantastic. She came over right away and when she she talked to us she squatted down so she could look us in the eyes as we talked. That's amazing. I know that she was been working at margaritas for 10+ years and I bet she like my sister pulls down good money because she is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and an all around good person. I'm sure she has bad days too. We're all human. We're all on the same blue rock hurtling through space. I give her and the guy who runs the liberty location 5 Stars. When he was cooking at the margaritas in Gladstone you never tasted better tacos!!!!
