Sarah and Victoria are the managers at this store and they never actually help, I git burbed food and I'm sitting in my car waiting to go to work and I call to complain and Victoria just hangs up on my after arguing with me about coming back and getting another sandwich. All they do is yell at customers, absolutely the worst service in the morning at any restaurant I have been too. When I walk in I shouldn't hear a manager screaming at a customer through the drive through window because someone who paid for their drink asked a question about it. Those two managers are a disgrace and need to be fired.

Fried under table covered in ants in play area I let them know when they brought our food they didn’t clean it they just left the food covered in ants on the floor with guest eating in here…. Yuck

They need to replace the GM and lead manager. Currently, both women are bullying employees and using their names in a derogatory manner. I'm shocked the store hasn't faced a harassment lawsuit. Their behavior towards employees is disrespectful and sickening.Threatening employees . Rather than assisting with training and respecting employees , they yell at employees. If they're not fired, I'll share videos on TikTok to expose their behavior and support employees in a lawsuit against McDonald's.

Go to this location all the time also use the app all the time. However when using the app today to get a special app offer I find out After this location doesn't accept it. I got the notification After my husband picked it up! NERVE again, NOT going back to this location.

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It took 10 minutes to get through the drive-through and now I have been waiting in the drive-through pick up #1 waiting for my food for another five minutes. It’s been 20 minutes and I still have not received my order. In the 20 minutes I have Been here I have seen them bring out one order. The girl was playing on her phone as she walked to their vehicle wow and these people want $15 an hour to make a cheeseburger and have attitudes if you ask for ketchup at the window. I ordered a mcchicken and a medium fry with an Dr Pepper and they bring the order to the car behind me first this place sucks.

Very rude, wouldn’t give me the food I ordered even though they had it and were giving others their food. And I have to wait 7 days for a refund bullshit. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again in my life

This location on 291 Hwy in Liberty was filthy, not one clean table, soda area was covered in dried/wet soda all over the counter! I stood there for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. And the line cooks were having one heck of a fun time, laughing and carrying on. Don’t mind a little fun but come on, you want to make $15 an hour then clean the place up and acknowledge you have a customer! Just pathetic!

Staff members are extremely rude and also lie about anything they can. Dashers have to take a photo of the delivery BEFORE we are able to click the confirm pick - up button on the app. Denying us the ability to take a photo so we CAN confirm it is keeping us from doing our job. Not every delivery driver is out here stealing orders. Maybe these restaurants need a doordash and uber tutorial so they are educated on this. We definitely know which restaurants not to order from due to the blatant rudeness & false accusations we receive even accepting deliveries for these places.
