I recently visited this McDonald’s and while the food itself was fine, the experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the manager on duty. Her name was Sara, and she was extremely short and rude with her staff the entire time I was there.
I understand everyone can have an off day, but when you’re in a management role, you’re held to a higher standard. Managers set the tone for the whole store. Leadership means showing up for your team with professionalism, respect, and a composed attitude—even when it’s hard.
I was also surprised by her overall appearance, which came across as unkempt and added to the lack of professionalism. Good service and a positive work environment start at the top, and unfortunately that wasn’t reflected during my visit. I hope this is addressed, because employees deserve better leadership and customers feel that energy too.

I don’t stay up this direction, I am a Uber driver, I decided to stop here and have lunch today, I usually don’t do reviews I ordered one of your daily double six dollar meals and paid a little extra to get a larger drink, when I came out the bathroom and got order they gave me a small drink, which actually comes with a meal, but I paid a little extra to get a large, when I brought it to their attention I’m assuming it was the manager rolled her eyes, gave me the large cup and walked away, I also asked for a ranch for my nuggets that I put in my order, but did not get it, I would have went up, but I didn’t want to put her out again, which it was clearly on the receipt along with the large cup, I used to be a manager at a restaurant I know how frustrating it can be, but they weren’t busy so I don’t understand why I should feel like there being putout when the sample request was actually on the receipt.
One of the most annnoying experiences I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:21 AM, arrived at the store at 10:25 and immediately marked that we were there, but the drive thru line was ridiculously long. I did not even reach the speaker until 10:32. When I finally got to the speaker, the employee told me she could not make or give me my order because breakfast ended at 10:30. Hilarious. My order was placed before the cutoff AND I was physically at the store before 10:30. The delay was caused by their line, not me. Because my kids were already excited about McDonalds, I had to place a brand new order and pay again. I also used reward points on the original order and I have still not gotten my points back or any kind of email about a refund or cancellation. The employee said she would get the manager and then never did. When I asked for the manager’s name, she refused to give it to me and said there were too many managers and she would have to walk back there. That is not an excuse. This situation was handled terribly. I should not be punished for your slow drive thru. Such an embarrassing location.
I had bad French fries at McDonalds, the one dependable thing on the menu and they were cold. My granddaughter loves the play area.

I can't believe that Ray Kroc's vision was ever to have cars lined up around the building waiting on their food. Seems contradictory of what McDonalds was founded on. The whole process is longer than it needs to be and if you catch them at shift change.... might as well go somewhere else.
LAST STRAW WITH THIS PLACE 291 mcdonalds!!! This place is always messing up my order. I only went there because my kids like it and its the closes mcdonalds. My recent experience lead me to this review. They forgot my fries and BBQ sauce. I took my receipt back with me but left the rest of the food to be ate by kid and gf while still hot. I couldn't understand the managerAlex who barely speaks English when this is not even a Hispanic dominant area. But whatever, he looked at the receipt and with attitude was questioning me like I was lying about 2 dollar fries. I told them they mess up every week I go there. One the employees then asked why I keep coming back?!?!. My kids thats why but never again after this.

Awful. Kiosk doesn't print receipts, constantly out of paper. So you stand there ignored for 15 minutes wondering if your order went through. Nobody asks if you're good, just ignored at the counter while they prioritize the DT. Sad to see where McD's has ended up these days. Nobody gives a rat's behind. I finally asked for a refund when I was finally able to get someone to acknowledge me. Left hungry on principle...I'm not interested in supporting a business that obviously doesn't care.
Edit. You can skip the link, will not be back, I'll eat cat litter first. Zero interest in a coupon or platitude.

their Machines are always down, we pay for the frappe, then find out that they can’t do it. Very frustrating as I come here all the time. Seems management algae slipped here recently :(

Sarah and Victoria are the managers at this store and they never actually help, I git burbed food and I'm sitting in my car waiting to go to work and I call to complain and Victoria just hangs up on my after arguing with me about coming back and getting another sandwich. All they do is yell at customers, absolutely the worst service in the morning at any restaurant I have been too. When I walk in I shouldn't hear a manager screaming at a customer through the drive through window because someone who paid for their drink asked a question about it. Those two managers are a disgrace and need to be fired.

Fried under table covered in ants in play area I let them know when they brought our food they didn’t clean it they just left the food covered in ants on the floor with guest eating in here…. Yuck

They need to replace the GM and lead manager. Currently, both women are bullying employees and using their names in a derogatory manner. I'm shocked the store hasn't faced a harassment lawsuit. Their behavior towards employees is disrespectful and sickening.Threatening employees . Rather than assisting with training and respecting employees , they yell at employees. If they're not fired, I'll share videos on TikTok to expose their behavior and support employees in a lawsuit against McDonald's.
