Let me start by saying that having a tip prompt for salaried drive-thru employees who cut a bagel and put cream cheese on it is insane. 1st time I went, the bagels were good but they don’t come toasted like I prefer. That’s on me for not ordering it toasted. The 2nd time I went, I ordered a toasted bagel, and still got a cold bagel that was burnt from the oven. 1/10 experience.

Having been to Brooklyn NY many times, these are very good bagels. Service is good, nice small area for eating. My only disappointment is that the prices seem to be high.

Absolutely tarable all I asked for was a plain toasted bagel and the girl goes on to tell me that their bagels are already toasted and if i wanted she would toast it more. But I was thing she was saying shed hand me a burt bagle I'm all ready confused when she said this so I just asked for it to be left cold. I whish I didn't because I HAVE NO CLUE why she'd say " oh um their all ready toasty ". WHEN IT IS JUST COOKED . It you are just starting working today learn what the bagels look like.

I drive by here everyday. Google INSISTS I've been inside. Nope! Still, I'm sure everyone who works here deserves a raise. Heard the food is good though

The man making my bagels coughed 5 times without using a mask or covering his mouth. The employees laughed each time he coughed on the bagels. The lady at the front desk didn’t put my cream cheese on the side and when I asked her about it she said, I’m sorry but did nothing. She also didn’t toast the bagel extra like I asked. Spent over $13 on food that went directly in the trash. Not going to eat food that could possibly be covered in Covid.

Clearly they have never been to a real NYC bagel shop. You had to look hard to find any cream cheese on the bagel. Horrible experience.

First time going since they started expanding out of downtown. The quality is just not the same as it was a few years ago. Really disappointing as this used to be our go to spot when we lived downtown.

A great bagel, but customer service (walk in) could be much better. A 4 minute wait before even being greated/ordering when being the only customers in the store while you chit-chat isn't appreciated.

Great bagels, good coffee.. But this location doesn't have wifi? Had to go up the street to Starbucks to get some work done.

I noticed this new bagel place on the way to work. I used to always grab a bagel on my hour commute years ago. I love bagels and had not had one in a long time, so I thought I would stop in and see what they had.

I was greeted upon entering. There was only one other customer sitting at a table eating. I was welcomed and asked what I needed. I informed they ladies, I hadn't had a bagel in a while and what made their bagels so special. They informed me their bagels were boiled unlike some of the other places that sell bagels and their bagels only had 5 ingredients. I reviewed my options of the many choices of bagels....plain, cinnamon raisin, blueberry, onion and many more. I chose the cinnamon raisin and requested cream cheese, and they asked if I wanted it toasted....who doesn't! The tenderness of the bagel was amazing. It was not chewy and was very flavorful. I was not able to finish the bagel in one setting and ate the other half in the afternoon and it was still good. I would definitely go there again. I might ask for the bagel to be toasted just a tad bit longer. Definitely worth going in for!

My sweet grandma has never been here so she wanted to ask some questions about the bagels but the worker kept saying “LOOK AT THE LIST” and never gave her a good response

I had gone through the drive thru to order two bagels and when I got home, I saw they were the wrong bagels. I called and gave my name and they said I could come back in anytime to get the remade. I don’t come to this side of town very often so it has been 2 weeks. I went inside today and told them that I gave my name and they couldn’t find it written anywhere. I was asked what kind of bagels I had and I said “cinnamon sugar” and was rudely told “we don’t have cinnamon sugar” ok my bad, I obviously meant cinnamon raisin. So then she turns to the guy behind her, sighing, and asking what to do. He sighs and asks what bagels so he can make them. Nobody smiled. Nobody apologized. I’ve only been to this location twice and I won’t be coming back. Also, after typing this, I opened up my new bagel and it’s wrong again! I’m not going back to get a new one because I know they’ll give me more attitude. Update: I went back anyway because I was just across the street. They acted as if it was funny that it was wrong again. At least they were nicer this time. But I won’t be giving them my money any time soon.

Bagels were hard and burnt. Service was slow and why do I need to feel guilted into giving a tip in the drive thru with the keypad shoved in my face?
