The pizza was good but definitely not a Chicago Deep Dish pizza. It’s more like a Chicago Thick Crust pizza with some extra tomato paste added.
All in all, it’s still the best pizza we’ve found since moving to Kearney from the suburbs of Chicago a couple of months ago.

Placed order 0942 Arrival: 1045 (39 mins past the quoted time)
Male#1 placed box of food on counter, and walked away to grab cold red sauce, which was missing from the order.
Male #2 appearing to be “leadership” argued the order was ready…as hands ME a bag for my TOGO order which is still missing red sauce.
Male #1 appears from the back with ice cold sauce and places it in my bag.

Pizza had too much cheese, so much I had no idea my I got a pep until I took a bite. After the explosion of grease hiding underneath burst forth I was left with a soggy hand style rust with an uneta able layer of cheese floating on a basic canned marinara loosely anchored to a soggy crust. Finally more than 100 bucks to feed the fam! What happened to one of our Staples???

Never again will I continue to be ripped off by Minsky's. Their so called coupons are terrible!! You don't get discounts from this expensive place and the food is not worth the cost. Never any true deals. Coupons are way too specific and only apply to part of the menu. They clearly do not value their customer's money or time for that matter.
I miss the days of this place being affordable for the average family. Before they became greedy.
$75.00 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 6 pack of pop is not a family deal. It is highway robbery.
Pizza should never cost this much and it sure as hell is not expensive to make.
Never again will Minsky's be a treat for us.
Take your prices and shove it. Kansas City is a blue collar town. Apparently, Minksy's thinks this is Los Angeles full of high rollers.

The hot honey chicken sandwich is amazing and the best chicken sandwich in Liberty. Staff was extremely nice and our server Jolene was amazing and gave us everything we asked for. 5 stars would eat there again!

Lunch specials are good and affordable. My favorite day is Thursday, Papa Minsky’s pizza is great. Food came out hot and fresh. Service is excellent and quick.

I tried the chicago-style pizza, and I liked it but the sauce on top did not taste like it was homemade. Taste like it came out of a can. The service was great, and was greeted as I came in and told to enjoy my night as I left
