I ordered a pizza and breadsticks through the app for carry out. Placed the order and it was ready a few minutes before it was promised! Picked it up, took it home. The food was warm, not hot. I literally live 2 minutes from this store. It tasted good otherwise. The pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni and cheese, and it did not appear as it did. The breadsticks came with marinara sauce, which is good, but it was not even half way full. There was not enough sauce for all the breadsticks and we don't use a lot on our breadsticks.

Before they even opened, i ended up in a wreck right by their place and ended up in their parking lot. After a little while Tyler offered to let me come sit inside as it was the first snow of the area and i was cold, and were so very kind to me and working hard the whole time i was resting inside waiting for my tow truck. Would definitely recommend this place just based on the service, but i ended up getting some food and it was just as good!! Made my experience so much better.

Put my order in at 6:37pm via Doordash. 7:30pm came and no food. Doordash App said dasher was there and was waiting over half an hour and still there. So I called Papa John's and got some excuse they were behind and it would be another 45 minutes. There is NO EXCUSE other then lazy workers incompetent in their jobs. I don't care if the Chiefs are playing, as a business, you should have prepared for the influx. From management on down, absolute complete failure. I just had the dasher cancel and I feel bad for him.
