Just ordered delivery from this location and it sadly disappointed us from the usual Pizza Hut standard. Our bread sticks were burnt and can’t believe they let them leave the store this way. The pizzas were not even cut. We had to cut them ourselves. Taste: We’ve had better frozen pizzas, they pizzas tasted as if they hadn’t been cooked all they thru, they were still very doughy and zero crisp. The breadsticks weren’t edible! Terrible and do not recommend.

Placed an order online. I was given a delivery time ETA of 6:27 p.m. I waited 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time before calling. I waited on hold for a bit before the call was answered. I told them I was calling about my delivery. They then put me on hold again. I waited for about 25 minutes on hold before I drove up to this place. Inside the lobby were several other people who were waiting as well. When I got to the register, the manager was already there and I told her that I had put in my delivery order and had an estimated delivery of one hour and 10 minutes ago. I then told her that I had been on the phone on hold for 40 minutes now as well. She said sorry, then canceled my order. I didn't even ask her to cancel the order; she gave me no estimate of the time that I may have to wait further. She just canceled it without any further conversation. Don't order here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been over 2.5 hours since I put in my order and when I call to check on it, it sends me to some call center overseas.. I can't cancel my order, I can't talk to anyone at the store, this is predatory. If you have kids, have a back up plan for dinner if you order from here. Absolute horrible business.

It showed my pizza getting made but it never came tried to call to see what’s going on but put on hold for a hour never got my pizza and charged me for the pizzas and tip. Tried to call again still sending to some call center that has to call the store for me so confusing will never order pizza again from them

I hope you do not go to this Pizza Hut!!! Cassie (manager) is disgusting and rude!! My pizza had maybe 2 pieces of bacon on every other slice, barely any cheese or pepperoni. I asked if she could just make me another because the special was for a 3 topping, so I asked if she could just double the pepperoni. Instead she argued me down and told me no and I had to take what I ordered. Not to mention my other pizza would be cold by the time she made the new one. I said “I just want a refund since you dont want to make my order how I want it and im a paying customer. Long story short, police was called because she didnt want to refund my money as if I was gonna leave with one cold pizza. Bottom line, go somewhere where the staff is well groomed , good hygiene and respectful. Horrible experience and I even got a credit for my inconvenience, but I rather her not fix my food and go somewhere else. Shes disgusting!

The night manager from this pizza last night will stare thru you play on his laptop by the front counter and act as if you don’t exist so good luck, the young girls up front will seem very uninterested in their jobs come off rude and scream at you thru the front lobby as if you’re stealing a pizza when you already stated you paid online, very poor customer service I wouldn’t support this location and seek one where they’re more compassionate and treat you as if you’re a person

The food and employees are great. It's the promotional offers and app and customer service I have a problem with. I downloaded the app because I could get a free pizza on my next order. They never gave it to me. Never got any points on my rewards account either. I contacted customer service and chatted for 30 minutes with and agent who assured me that she was going to put that free pizza and my points on my account. Did she? No. So then I emailed pizza hut and told them what happened. What did they tell me? I have to go back to the store and obtain a paper receipt for my points. Even though they can clearly look it all up on the computer. And no mention of my free pizza. I guess pizza hut likes to put on fake promotions and cheat customers out of their points.

Boneless wings barely had sauce and didn’t come with dipping sauce unless you wanted to pay $1. New York pizza had wayyy tooo much garlic seasoning. Asked for cheese and peppers and they cost $1 too. Stood there watching pizzas pile up from the oven, and the cook was cleaning instead of making orders a priority. Too many better pizza places in liberty to come back here.

Pizza was raw and when we reached out to them and complained about how the pizza was raw and how they scammed us, one of the managers cussed at me for calling them out. Super disappointed that we got some raw pizza and scammed out of our money. Will never eat here again, this location should be shut down and be retrained.
