Wife and I thought it was 7 out of 10. We got the pepperoni pizza and the brushetta. We both really liked the brushetta and liked the pizza. The pizza crust was a bit underdone in the center and the sauce got a bit watery. Also, I would have preferred it cooked a bit more to give some of that wood char. Again, was good but not awesome. Would give it another go if we were in the area again.

I rarely write reviews but this was some of the best, freshest, upmost quality food I have had in years. I tried the burrata, the caprese salad, along with the quatro pizza and am genuinely so impressed. Must try!!

Excellent salad house made lemon dressing with shaved parmigiano reggiano,pizza had a flavorful but light sauce, meatballs,mushrooms, Kalamata olives on a delicious crust cooked in a wood fired oven. Highly recommend.

Fresh ingredients from a professional woodfired oven creates the signature char and thin, crispy crust with the perfect chew you expect. This little place is SOOOOO good! The ingredients are super fresh and the pizza is full of flavor. I got the margherita pizza and it was the first pizza I’ve ever had where I didn’t feel guilty afterwards; it was so refreshing! The environment is super clean and modern. The staff is friendly and the owner went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure everyone had a great experience. Please check this place out and show them some love! It’s a gem!

First want to make it clear I'm nitpicking here. This was my second time after visiting the first couple of days after they opened. The place is very nice and the service great. You can also tell that they use great ingredients and the pizza was good. I think their dough is good, but I don't like it when my pizza has a limp, floppy, wet center. I don't know if it's just that the center is very thin compared to the outside, or if it just needs to remain in the oven a bit longer to create a slightly firmer crust that doesn't flop and allow your toppings to slide off. I'll inquire the next time I'm in to ask about it. If it wasn't for the fact that it's been like this both times I'd give them 5-stars.

The restaurant was spotless, ample seating options, the menu is easy to read and the person working the counter went through the options since it was our first time there. We ordered a carnivore and a spinacha pizza and it was delicious. It's a higher price point but I think you can taste why. Great fresh flavors, handmade crust. It's a better MOD pizza.

We walked in here for lunch to try out today. The lunch special was too great of a deal to pass up (14 pp for your personal wood-fired pizza with 2 toppings, your choice of salad, plus a drink)! The service was absolutely fantastic! The servings were huge for a lunch, and the pizza was amazing! Italian sausage was sliced and really really good. We will definitely be back and can't wait to use the patio!

Where to start.. Pomodoro is exactly what Liberty needed, a real Italian pizza. More than that, a family friend staff that does everything to make you feel home and come back! The pizza is amazing!!! All minimum details were well thought to have consistent quality. From the history behind their oven to every single ingredients , you can see and taste their pizza is in another level. Roberto and his team are doing an outstanding job! You can’t go wrong! Pick anything and enjoy! We highly recommend burrata and bruschetta to start. We tried Kilauea and Margherita Montanara. For desert, Nutella with strawberries!

I’ve been eyeing this place for a little bit and glad to see that it is now open. From the minute I walked in, service was excellent. I decided to try a classic, the margherita. I’m all about trying something classic to see if they get that right before trying any other items. Well, they definitely got this right. The dough was perfection. It’s the classic thin in the middle with a pillowy crust. Normally I experience crust that is too chewy but this…this was absolutely delicious. Aside from the tasty food, the restaurant is a cozy casual space. I also love that you can see all the ingredients and the brick oven when you walk up. I will definitely be coming back to try more items…the meatballs and Quattro formaggi are calling my name.
