We bought a Caniac with extra toast on 11/23/25 around 6pm through drive-thru and something was majorly wrong with the order. It smelled and tasted rancid, we had already driven off and were in a hurry or we would have gone back. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it’s just the chicken went cold or something but the toast was also smelling awful and had a sour flavor. I’m not sure what’s up with it but it’s essentially inedible and I’d warn the restaurant to quality check everything.

I'm not a fan of Kane but my wife loves them. The coating is just not for me. Fries are good.

Very difficult time ordering on the app. It wasn't our first time to have a problem with online ordering.
Pickup at the window in Liberty was fine, but fries were cold and missing cole slaw and honey mustard. It was a large family order for dinner. Just wish we could get one order that is correct and food is hot.

Very wonderful place the workers are awesome.There's this one lady that I deal with.Every time I come, she's wonderful.Has always a beautiful smile, greets people soon as you walk in the door and always helpful, I recommend Cane's.You're awesome

We got pink chicken today. If the staff was less busy goofing off and playing flirty with the trendy female manager might get food cook all the way through. The other day our coleslaw didn’t even have sauce on it, plain ole cabbage!

Tenders are tiny but still tastes great. Next time you go, ask for your toast to be a BOB. Trust me. Come back and thank me later, it doesn’t cost anything and makes it a million times better!
