only go to this location is you support the gm being a horrible human and treating her employees like trash! not a bit of empathy or sympathy in her cold dead ugly heart ohhhh and by the way the ice machine is FULL OF MOLD! As is the fountains for the fountain drinks. And it BARELY EVER GETS CLEANED!!!

Todd Graves would be absolutely mortified to know what kind of HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING THE GM IS HERE!!!!

I received less chicken fingers than I paid for. Gal that took my order wasn’t really listening. Unfortunately already home.

There was 11 workers in there and one adult among them. All the tables were filthy and the employees we loud and cussing in the back. The food cost over $32 and we had 2 caniac combos. There wasn't an order of fries between both orders. We asked for extra crispy chicken a d got oil soaked chicken it made my stomach hurt. There was also no soap in the womens bathroom, if they s the case how are the female employees wash their hands before touching the food. Its been empty the last 3 times we've been here. This is this last time I eat here. They have sauce sitting out which should be refrigerated. Horrible service

We bought a Caniac with extra toast on 11/23/25 around 6pm through drive-thru and something was majorly wrong with the order. It smelled and tasted rancid, we had already driven off and were in a hurry or we would have gone back. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it’s just the chicken went cold or something but the toast was also smelling awful and had a sour flavor. I’m not sure what’s up with it but it’s essentially inedible and I’d warn the restaurant to quality check everything.
