We love going to Saltgrass Steak House in Liberty MO. We always have a great experience, but last night it was just awesome. Our server, Neamiah, was great. He was attentive, polite and our drinks were always full..... The food was great as well. We will be going back very soon. Thanks Saltgrass.

Excellent service and food. I had the "Pat's Ribeye" steak and it was delicious! Didn't need a steak knife to cut it.
Kennedy did a nice job. she has great customer service. She doesn’t cover around the table, but shows up when drinks needed to be refilled or plates needed to be taken.

We just left. We stood waiting for someone to come seat us for almost 10 minutes. We have always enjoyed their food, but obviously this day they were short staff.

Made a reservation for for 6:45, got there and were told it would be another 45 minutes out from our reservation time. What’s the point of making reservations then? Asked to just sit at the bar then which was fine. Bartender was great(reason for a higher star rating). Food was okay, comparable to Texas Roadhouse just at a higher price. My drink didn’t taste the best, only finished about half of it.

Steaks are ok for the price, definitely not a prime cut.
Steak was great. Salmon was a bit cooler than it should have been. Potato soup was not nearly warm enough, but it all had a great flavor.

Today we were here, more than an hour and a half later they had not served us food, many tables arrived, they ate, they left and we were still waiting for the food, we decided to leave without food, I don't know why that happened, I hope not It was a racist issue

We made a reservation for a party of 8 to include a wheelchair accessible table. Our family was celebrating two birthdays for a father and son with members coming in from CA, OK, ID, and SC, so it was a pretty special event. Our table was ready when we arrived and service was prompt. We were greeted by our server, George, who made us all feel welcome. George was prompt with our drinks, and we didn’t have much of a wait for appetizers or our entrees. He constantly checked on us making sure the food was to our liking and drinks were always full. His memory was great, even when a few of us changed places at the tables. When we were done eating, he had fresh plates and utensils ready for us to use for the cake we brought. They even had a few candles and a lighter! What a wonderful surprise. We sang happy birthday, and at the end, staff as well as nearly everyone else in the restaurant clapped and wished the birthday ‘boys’ well. Saltgrass Steak House and George really went above and beyond our expectations. In a world where customer service seems to be lacking, Saltgrass hit an out of the park home run for us. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening full of great food, laughter, and memories to enjoy for years to come.

We had reservations for 7:00 we got there they told us it would be a few minutes 45 minutes later we asked when we would be seated. Somehow they scratched us off the waiting list so we waited a little bit longer finally got seated as I'm walking to our seat there are actually empty tables everywhere yet they claim they have an hour wait I guess they're understaffed perhaps. The food was really good but it took us 2 hours from the time we got there to the time we left there was three of us.
