I go to this place often and usually have no problems. In the morning, whoever usually takes my orders is super cool and friendly. However, yesterday I went… Different experience. It was a Friday and I had my app and I had the free upsize thing on it. I clicked on it to apply it and every time the girl would scan it. She's like well it's not working. It's not taking it off, it's giving you points but it's not changing it to the downsize price. She was like I'm sorry we've been having some issues with this, obviously it was something on their side! I figured she would just go ahead and change the price to the price of a medium… Since I obviously had it right there on my app to use and their system wasn't allowing it to. But she refused to do anything about it. So I had to pay the regular price, which isn't that big of a deal, it's more the fact that she was being very rude about it and refused to do anything to fix it. I tried to call numerous times yesterday to talk to a manager, but no one ever answers the phone.I guess I'll start going to a different location.

The chick taking orders was super rude. Did not want to be asked any questions about drinks and definitely did not try and hide her annoyance! We never come here so of course I had questions. Hopefully a manager sees this and reminds her her job entails more than just taking orders. It also requires talking to customers and answering questions when asked 🙄🙄🙄

Apple kiwi kale tasted straight like banana, way too sweet. The high protein almond coffee only tasted like cocoa powder and not enough of a coffee taste.

I have never been before, and while the menu and all the flavors were overwhelming, Israel was great and made some great smoothies. Wish for a simpler menu, but I was able to get a strawberry banana smoothie. The cold brew yogurt lite mocha was great.
