Use the nice mobile app to order ahead and still sat here for over 20 minutes while they waited on every single car in the drive-through before they even acknowledge me. I would love for someone at sonic to explain to me why when you use the mobile app to order ahead so that’ll be ready when you get there while at why everyone else still gets served before the people that use the mobile app makes no sense. And just top it off they gave me Diet Coke instead of Coke. It must be hard to read a computer screen and once again fast food workers want $20 an hour, but they cannot even do basic mass or get an order right

It was amazing food, but I had 1 experience of one of the employees giving my food to another person and waited around 40 minutes. Other than that, every other time has been good. The food and service have done me well.

Went in today placed a mobile order not only did it take them more than 20 minutes to bring out a drink and three tenders but the drink was watered down and the tenders were cold. They had served my order off their screen to help their times but didn't bring it out to me. So even after it said my order was coming I had to push the red button and wait another 5 minutes for them to find my order

Waited 18 minutes for large onion rings and 2 large drinks. Then carhop brought out three drinks and no food! Will not tip anymore from the AP. No discount? no coupon offered. Can we make customer service a thing again? Onion rings were like warm when she finally came back.

Absolutely the worst sonic on Earth. We live 10 houses away from this Sonic and only eat there like twice a year. Hoping each time it's better. It is COLD every time we do there. Tonight was 8pm on a Thursday. Tots and fries and both burgers ICE cold. And, we waited 10 minutes for our order at the window. Who ever owns this location should FIRE ever single person that works there. It's a joke! $23 for two meals and they went right to the trash. Do NOT ever go to this Sonic. It's complete garbage.

I mean come on Christy call Michael sales you have my number .you can see the time on my phone and watch the cameras to see who answered . I will be up here today!
