Cosy & quiet place! You can read or work or visit in a comfortable atmosphere at this Starbucks. The patio is a great place in nice weather. They have lots of help to make getting your order faster. However, this is a busy store so it always takes a little longer AND why I always use my app and go inside to pick it up.

I was hounded by the barista in the drive-through for showing up five minutes after placing my mobile order. She said new company policy states that customers can’t get there until 10 minutes after placing their order. Why would the app tell me my order is ready in 4 minutes when I can’t go and pick it up until 10 minutes later? Made me park and wait for my order at five in the morning when there was no other customers there.

My order is usually a custom coffee due to allergies. I like to use the app to avoid the speaker and possiblity of misunderstandings with my order. I ordered from the app at my house before I drove to the store. I was informed that the new policy requires you to order 10-15 mins ahead. I'm not really sure how ordering at the store speaker versus ordering at my house 7 mins away not being enough time. Regardless was no reason for being rude. Disappointed in the customer service.
