Me and some friend went. We got a seat immediately and was given water by our waiter. When we order we all ordered from the lunch menu which was said to be $12-$13. We waited and we all got our food. I had the pai Thai the first option on the lunch section. The food was OK but a bunch of my buddies were disappointed in the lack of flavoring as well as spice. I'm not a huge spice guy but the flavor did seem a little mid. But the real problem I had is when I received my check. I was super surprised to see my food totaled to $19.38! I was super annoyed because the same thing happend to thw rest of my friends and our meals were not even close to be worth $20! Definitely not going again unless someone else pays me.

Such a great little restaurant! I’ve been here countless times and consistently the food is delicious, atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is good. My husband and I always bring out of town visitors here because we love it so much.

One of our favorite Thai restaurants. Excellent food and good variety of selections. Ample portions at reasonable prices. Has daily specials and a.lunch menu good until 3 p.m. that includes an entree, soup, and a mini egg roll.

We've been coming to Tasty Thai for a few years. For a long time, it was the only Thai option we had in the Northland. I have really enjoyed their catfish chef's special in the past. We went in this evening only to discover that their prices went up, but their quality has gone down - way down. We started off with the Tiger Cry Beef. It was tough. Really tough. So tough that my wife's teeth are hurting right now because of how hard it was to chew. Then we both had curries - I had the green curry, and she had the yellow. Mine was so watered down that it was more like green curry broth. A good curry should have the consistency of a nice, thick bisque. Instead, it had the consistency of store-bought chicken stock. If it had any coconut milk in it at all, it wasn't more than two tablespoons. I had to actually order a side of coconut milk to put in my curry to make it close to the consistency that it's supposed to be. I'm sad to have to write this because we generally like the people who work there, but now that Thai Orchid has opened up here in the Northland, there is no reason to settle for Tasty Thai any longer. Thai Orchid is infinitely better.

My go-to Thai spot in Liberty, never misses. Love my safe options of the pad Thai, Tiger cried beef, and their take on General Tso's with bell peppers and onions.
I am shocked on how good and filling my food was for less that 10 bucks in 2025, from such an unassuming place. Phenomenal, yes, will be going back.
Overpriced the noodles were overcooked would not recommend
I ordered the wrong thing and I thought it tasted like cinnamon. I called back and they just said it was regular spices regular spices. If you have a place that is this nonchalant about food allergies, don't eat there, they won't tell you what you just ate.
Tasty Thai has probably the best Thai food in the city, it's easily in the top 5. Food is delicious, service is always polite and prompt, atmosphere is what you'd expect. I will say the only reason I have to leave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing. Everything has gone up considerably and I'm not sure it's worth 35+ dollars for two shrimp pad thais. They also switched to these new containers that have compartments in them which reduces the amount of food each container has. So between the prices going up and amount of food going down it does irritate me a bit...
