Horrible service. Server did not even come to the table until we had been seated for 15 minutes. She then got our drinks and took our order. 25 minutes later they brought out our food when we had not even gotten our salads yet. The server never even checked on us to see if we had gotten the salads or needed refills. Worst service we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. The girl that brought the food was apologetic and said she would get our server. She never came so we ended up not even eating any food and left. We went somewhere else for dinner.

I had the sirloin steak and my wife had the ribs. My steak was done perfectly and also seasoned well. The sides were very good. My wife's ribs were tasty, but were mushy, fall off the bone overdone. Waite staff was really good and were attentive enough to meet our needs, but not overbearing.

I showed up and they told me it would a better a hour and half after they ask for my number for my seating so I said never mind don't put me on the list then proceed to text 2 mins after I left that there was a table ready really bad staffing service, all the way around

We had a party of 9 and called ahead 2 hours before and they placed us on the list and when they got there they had told us the ENTIRE kitchen staff quit. Would've been nice to get a call so we could plan something different. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for ruining my sister 20th birthday!! šš¾

We did have a big group, We had 12. But when they brought out 11 dinner. Mine was missing. My meal was not ordered. So they had to order it then. After waiting 15 minutes, it was charcoaled.

We've gone to Texas Roadhouse for years previously, and everything was always spot on. It's been maybe a year since our last visit, and a lot has changed in that time. The ribeye steaks, we got looked and tasted like they were from a buffet restaurant, and the burger my daughter got was way over seasoned. Even the baked potatoes tasted off. You had a good run Roadhouse, but it will be the last trip for my family.
We placed an online order and then called in to add another 6 rolls. We paid for the extra rolls at curbside but we did not receive the additional roles. We were also missing the extra cinnamon and brown sugar toppings for our sweet potatoes.

This is I think the worst filet I have ever seen or eaten. Literal boot, incredibly overdone badly flavored. And they didnāt give me silverware to eat it with even though I selected it when ordering. Wow levels of disappointing given how good Texas Roadhouse usually is. But this is the second pretty terrible experience Iāve had recently and itās been two locations. Maybe they are just going downhill :/

Pretty darn good. Steak was perfectly cooked to order. The wait time was reasonable even with an absolutely packed house. Service was exceptional and kind even when I accidentally knocked a full glass off the table.

Waitress was rude, didnāt give the opportunity to ride the saddle for my friendās birthday. Then she complained about the ātip wasnāt enough.ā You canāt expect a good tip if youāre rude and you donāt know someoneās financial situation. Some of us donāt have the money to give a tip.
