Our server made our dinning experience perfect. So nice and professional the food was great but she made the trip here worth it. Wish all our dinning servera were this great. She was extremely efficient and on top of everything.
Sam was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure my group was comfortable and completely taken care of. She answered all of the questions we had. The food was amazing, I had an issue with one item and it was fixed as soon as I said something with no arguments and when they brought out the new item it was perfect! Also the portions are very generous!! Make sure you come hungry.
In a world where customer service is no longer a priority, I was impressed by the staff at Big Biscuit in Liberty, MO. They ACTED like they like their jobs and enjoy serving. Manager was kind and caring. I’ve never taken the time to review a business but lately I seem to constantly experience poor customer service and wanted to take the time to recognize the great customer service I experienced.
