Solid place, but super loud and common order mistakes are likely due to the noise level, but otherwise good.

Fun environment. Food is ok but service was friendly. A wide variety of food to try though, so something for everyone.

Plan on trying more!

It's lost its beginning vibe... has become very 'metro' and or uppity-snob atmosphere. It's sad, Chico seems to have lost his focus and only cares about the green not the community and what started him.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY. They use Chow Now. Who is this? It literally took 2 hours and the driver tossed our food onto our porch. Glad we didn't order anything with sauce as each meal was on the side. The Landing has good food unless they make it 2 hours before you get to eat it. You'd think they'd find it a problem when a customer's order hasnt been picked up after so long. They choose who to use when you order from thier site. Not my choice. I won't be going back when they care so little for customer service.

We are frequent patrons of The Landing. It has always been one of our favorite places to eat and take our out of town friends. I made a “reservation” for the Santa’s Landing pop-up bar and had invited friends from out of town, to join us. I had a phone call confirmation from the restaurant the day of. When we arrived, we were surprised there was a “Toys for Tots” charity event , which required us to pay $15 each. The money was being donated to a good cause, yes, but why am I blindsided with an additional $75 that could have been told to me prior. Mind you, the pop up bar is outside on the patio, while the event with live music is going on inside the crammed packed restaurant. When we tried to check in, no one knew what we were talking about. They had to ask a manager if we had to pay to get in, which we did. The hostesses were clueless to anything going on and The door guy, was very rude and aggressive towards people, while he was trying to direct everyone where to go. This place was a HOT MESS, to put it nicely. Then we had to find our own way through the madness to the pop up bar. Why do they have you make a reservation? I have no clue. There were just a few tables with 2 “bartenders” with a jammed pack tent. Thankfully they did have a table for us. By the end of the first hour we had first cocktail and had not even been asked about food. The bar within the pop-up was serving other patrons and giving service to everyone first , except the guests with “reservations”. The holiday cocktails overpriced and was probably the worst I have ever had tasted. I honestly think they made me a tequila drink instead of vodka. I don’t even think the ladies were really bartenders, as I seen one having to taste talked multiple ingredients, just to verify what it was. After 1 hour and 45 minutes later we had food. Thankfully the food was good and the the 1 younger female bartender made the night somewhat salvageable. This was probably my worst experience there and makes me question if I ever want to go back
