I stopped in today with my kids for a quick pre-soccer practice dinner and Katlyn was working the front counter. When I tell you it’s been a long time since we be seen a great example of kindness and humanity in a fast food place I’m not kidding but today Katlyn showed that and above. She is so kind and sweet. It’s people like her that will keep me coming back to a place. Thank you Katlyn.

Went here between 10-11pm last night THEY WERE BEYOND RUDE MY FOOD WAS A CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES OF COURSE THAT MESS WAS COLD THE SANDWICH WAS HALF ON THE BUN THEY TOSSED THAT MESS IN A BAG AND GAVE IT TO ME SMH IF I DIDN'T PAY FIRST I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK SMH I LEFT AND TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH AND HAD CEREAL FOR LUNCH HERE AT WORK SMH REMINDED ME WHY I HATE FAST FOOD SMH THE OLD DAYS ARE OVER THIS GENERATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SMH

Service was terrible. I would say I stood in line forever but I wasn’t even in the line, I was at the counter waiting to have my order taken, then a line backed up to the door formed behind me. Stood there for probably a total of 15-20 minutes just to get food that seemed like it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes.

For being a newer model store, cleanliness is subpar.
Watched the manager drop food off the plate and land on the countertop. Manager looked at it, and walk away as a customer came to get his food.
Management let customers stand at the counter for 10 minutes before getting their order.
Long story short, if you’re gonna eat there. Go through the drive through and don’t go inside.

This is one of the few Wendy’s I’ll go to— the others generally don’t have the dining room open. Here my food is hot and looks appetizing.
The order taker in the drive-through have been so rude. If you don’t donate to their fund, (which I have many times) their tone changes instantly. The Girl tonight was so rude that I just backed out and left. I’m really trying to like this place but the last two times I have had the same problem.
They don't take pride any work they do. They will also close the drive-thru from time to time. If they are "short" a person.

I love me a Wendy's burger but this place was FILTHY. The pop dispenser machine looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks, and also the ketchup area. They were reusing the paper tray covers. An employee walked by once and did one squirt of something on a vacant table and two swipes across it to clean it. The front door was broken and slammed every time it was used. I sure hope the kitchen was cleaner than the dining room. But the burger was good.

The Wendy's in Leavenworth Kansas could learn to be as classy and organized as the Wendy's in liberty Missouri..... though I won't be holding my breath.

It’s been probably two years since we have visited this location due to long wait times. We tried it out tonight. They forgot our drinks, got our sandwich wrong, and the fries were lukewarm. Wendy’s is okay, but we will visit other locations in the future.

Ordered delivery. Driver waited for 40 minutes to get the order (somewhat on them - I'd have been questioning where the order was after 5 minutes) and the order arrived with almost nothing right. Burger wasn't pain, drinks the wrong size, missing nuggets and kids meal, salad with no dressing or croutons. Beyond that, the food was not hot as one would expect if you have to wait. Restaurant didn't answer the phone and corporate customer service puts you on hold forever.
