The General Manager at this location is not only bias to African American citizens in the line. However, a long time resident of Liberty on my birthday I tell you I’ve never seen anybody be treated unfair with a long line of customers. I am Caucasian and I feel for that beautiful African American families and employees who waited off to the side patiently and get smart remarks or walk out due to the GM’s abuse and racism. The same Silver Dodge ram is parked in the first parking spot which should be for customers so she switched cars thinking nobody would notice her SUV which is also parked in the front. I don’t know what’s worse the Taking up the parking away from senior citizens or the bias treatment here. I teach classes on Diversity and this is sad. Please Stop this woman’s havoc on the city of Liberty. I myself have had issues just getting food for my kiddos with Tina The General Manger at Victory drive. Furthermore, victory Drive does not feel like a victory more like sad and hopeless drive. I wish the best to all the employees there And all the students in children who are still there or have left.

Always love Wendy's but this one is probably one of my favorites. It was very clean, servers were very friendly, and there is an additional hand washing station outside the bathroom, which I greatly appreciate.

I stopped in today with my kids for a quick pre-soccer practice dinner and Katlyn was working the front counter. When I tell you it’s been a long time since we be seen a great example of kindness and humanity in a fast food place I’m not kidding but today Katlyn showed that and above. She is so kind and sweet. It’s people like her that will keep me coming back to a place. Thank you Katlyn.

Went here between 10-11pm last night THEY WERE BEYOND RUDE MY FOOD WAS A CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES OF COURSE THAT MESS WAS COLD THE SANDWICH WAS HALF ON THE BUN THEY TOSSED THAT MESS IN A BAG AND GAVE IT TO ME SMH IF I DIDN'T PAY FIRST I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK SMH I LEFT AND TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH AND HAD CEREAL FOR LUNCH HERE AT WORK SMH REMINDED ME WHY I HATE FAST FOOD SMH THE OLD DAYS ARE OVER THIS GENERATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SMH

Service was terrible. I would say I stood in line forever but I wasn’t even in the line, I was at the counter waiting to have my order taken, then a line backed up to the door formed behind me. Stood there for probably a total of 15-20 minutes just to get food that seemed like it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes.
The order taker in the drive-through have been so rude. If you don’t donate to their fund, (which I have many times) their tone changes instantly. The Girl tonight was so rude that I just backed out and left. I’m really trying to like this place but the last two times I have had the same problem.

For being a newer model store, cleanliness is subpar.
Watched the manager drop food off the plate and land on the countertop. Manager looked at it, and walk away as a customer came to get his food.
Management let customers stand at the counter for 10 minutes before getting their order.
Long story short, if you’re gonna eat there. Go through the drive through and don’t go inside.
