Lincoln's hidden gem! Stopped in on our way back to Ozark from Sedalia. It ranks up there with one of the best Mexican restaurants we've ever eaten at and we've been around awhile. Highly recommend.

Friday night. Pretty busy. We were able to get a table immediately, which was great. The server took our drink order immediately, great, love that. We did have to flag someone down to take our food order because they kept walking by but nobody ever stopped. They share all the tables is what we were told, I guess someone thought we had placed our order already? The food came very fast. Like, 5 minutes after ordering. Not once did anyone come back to ask how our food was or if we needed another drink, refills etc.
The fajita burrito was delicious. The nachos were good other than you don't get diced tomatoes, you get a slice of tomato. Kind of weird. The enchiladas and rice were pretty good. The cheese sauce was really good. The taco...the beef in the taco had so much liquid in it that the shell ripped. Like a wet piece of paper ripped. I don't mind if they crack and break, but not rip. It was so loud in the restaurant. Like, we had to yell to each other in our booth just to communicate. Not super enjoyable. We are from out of town and the place was pretty good. Nothing would keep us from coming back but nothing is making it a place I HAVE to go back to either.
