El Carnaval Express Mexican Restaurant

I went and tried them out. I absolutely love their street tacos. Five star review all the way. So glad they opened this place.

Very similar to Chipotle or Subway, but with delicious, fresh, authentic Mexican food.The food was super tasty, and the portion size was epic. The staff was welcoming and friendly. My only (tiny) complaint would be the prices. They could come down a buck or two on the meal items.I'll be back very soon!

You can pretty much find a Mexican restaurant in any town these days with most being nearly identical in flavor and recipes. El Carnival is a standout, the food takes a standard amount of time to come out because it’s way more fresh than the places that get it to you in 5 mins because it was all warmed up and pre-made. The recipes and ingredients taste fresher to the point I feel like a made a healthy food choice vs a grease fest from another restaurant. Easily the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to and best restaurant in Linn.

We stopped in for a late lunch, few people eatting. Ordered our food and very shortly later our food was delivered piping hot. The food was very hot, fresh and delicious. Good size lunch portions.

Good food, great service! Dined here for our first time for an early dinner. We enjoyed the single Fajita Bravas (chicken, steak & shrimp) with an extra pack of tortillas. It was plenty of food for us to share. Silvia was our waitress and was attentive to our every need. She even surprised us after our meal with her homemade dessert...Tres Leches with fresh strawberries. It was delicious! Well done, El Carnaval! We will be back!
