I don’t think I ever seen the place clean. Food always on the floor and tables. Just walking in makes you feel sticky. The quality of the food has gotten even worse. My “medium” fries and my premium chicken sandwich, which was the size of a chicken nugget. They seemed offended I asked for a larger one.

I've generally had good experiences at this location, but I’ve run into the same issue twice in the past couple of weeks. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward with the promise that my food would be brought out. However, both times, after waiting quite a while, I had to go inside myself, only to find my order had been sitting there, ready to go, with no one bringing it out.
It’s frustrating to wait unnecessarily when the food is clearly ready, and I think a bit more communication and attentiveness from the staff would improve the experience. I do appreciate the convenience of this location otherwise, and I hope this can be addressed to prevent future issues.

Hands down the worst management I've ever experienced, I don't recommend trying to get a job here. Spent the 30 minutes that was supposed to be an interview at a dirty table waiting for the manager who was out back smoking after I was told she was busy. Oh yeah and this was the second interview I was scheduled for, there wasn't any management present for the first.

Stopped here today to get Ice coffee and breakfast for my Husband, and the lady taking the order was rude. It was kind of shocking how rude she was and that it was being tolerated by management. Then we pulled to the last window after paying and I thanked the employee and told her to have a nice day and she ignored me and shut the window. Horrible, horrible customer service. Rude. Toxic atmosphere.
