This particular McDonalds in Linn, MO continues to amaze me with how slow the food comes out. I always use the mobile app and usually go through the drive through. Order something that would in theory be pretty easy and they probably have mostly pre-made... Hamburger, quarter pounder, chicken nuggets, fish sandwich, fries. Of the last maybe 6 times I have been through the drive-through over about a year, I have probably had to pull forward and wait all but once or twice. Yesterday, it took 20 minutes to get the food out to me after I left the drive through window with my drinks. If this was a one time thing, that's one thing, but it seems to be the rule here rather than the exception. The food was hot and better than usual, but be prepared to wait.
The food is what you would expect from McDonalds, but the inside is absolutely disgusting. I don’t think most of the surfaces in there have ever been cleaned. Also none of the employees were wearing gloves. I saw one guy scratching his head and then using tongs to handle the food without gloves. NASTY! I feel like it has really gone down hill over the past year or two. Would not recommend eating here!

It’s what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Food is thrown together, and it shows. If you go through and it’s slow, fries are old. No one takes pride in their work anymore. Sad.

I don’t think I ever seen the place clean. Food always on the floor and tables. Just walking in makes you feel sticky. The quality of the food has gotten even worse. My “medium” fries and my premium chicken sandwich, which was the size of a chicken nugget. They seemed offended I asked for a larger one.

I've generally had good experiences at this location, but I’ve run into the same issue twice in the past couple of weeks. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward with the promise that my food would be brought out. However, both times, after waiting quite a while, I had to go inside myself, only to find my order had been sitting there, ready to go, with no one bringing it out.
It’s frustrating to wait unnecessarily when the food is clearly ready, and I think a bit more communication and attentiveness from the staff would improve the experience. I do appreciate the convenience of this location otherwise, and I hope this can be addressed to prevent future issues.
