I tried this place for the first time a couple of days ago. I have done repair work in restaurants all over Springfield/Branson. The first thing I noticed while sitting awaiting my takeout order. The kitchen in this restaurant was perhaps the cleanest commercial kitchen I've ever seen. No clutter or mess at all. Tony, the chef, prepared my order in a well seasoned wok and it was excellent, with large portions. It was great to see that this restaurant 100% supports the local kids in athletics. My one complaint, which I have with most oriental restaurants, the chunks of chicken in the cashew and orange chicken ... are just too big. I wish they were more bite sized
