This place is great. Finding a natural/washed blend (Borromeo blend) was certainly an unexpected treat for me. The Borromeo is a satisfying and fun coffee and I can't wait to go back to get some bags of the other roasts (especially the single origin Columbian). The beans are good quality and cheap compared to other roasteries. The owner's kids were helping him with the shop when I was there which was super adorable.
Always looking for a good local coffee shop, and this one is top notch. The two young ladies working in the store provided excellent customer service when I ordered two whole-bean bags they didn't have in stock (shipping them to me) because I didn't wait for notification that the order was actually ready (bad on me). The variety was able to get in-store (St. Genevieve espresso) is absolutely delicious, and tastes like it was fresh roasted on-the-spot just for me. ...
