The Landmark is actually the Landmark for Lowry City. It has been there for years. The new owner, Jonathan is amazing. He has kept the tradition and best of menu ever. There were two couples that went specifically on Wednesday where they have their special menu that includes pan friend chicken, meatloaf and a variety of other items. 3 of us had the pan friend chicken and it was cooked to perfection. How they cook their corn and green beans has excellent as well. The other person in our group ordered the meatloaf and it was wonderful. On top of a great menu with great food, every morning they come in early and bake up a wide variety of desserts. There is something here for every one in your party. Lowry City is blessed to have Landmark and Landmark is blessed to have Jonathan and his entire crew. I have to mention that the people serving are the best you will find. They are not only friendly, but they are a bundle of fun. They are full of life, they sing along to some of the favorite country songs and may even step out in a little dancing. All of it is perfectly done.

Excellent service and great food at a very reasonable price! One of those locally owned and operated restaurants we love to support.

Food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and we were served quickly. It's clearly a local favorite and a delightful, inexpensive stop not far from the highway for travelers. Will definitely visit again if we're in the area!

This reminded me of my childhood years visiting the local country cafe. Basic necessities, good food and good people. From the outside you might say no thanks, but it's worth your time. Stopped when passing through to Branson. Warmly greeted by the young man who was our waiter. He was fun. Food was very good and priced like the 1980's. Great experience for our party of four.
