What can I get started fresh? I was asked. Simple order. #11 only cheese with a coke. And a regular cheese curd. Got my food. No fries. Cheese curds substitute for fries, guess my bad for not being specific enough. Those were fresh. Cheese burger was plain but clearly not fresh. Obviously microwaved. Why does any restaurant have a microwave. We can tell!!!

Service was great. The manager lady was very helpful in ensuring my guest's allergies were respected.
We were just passing through. I had one experience, and it was fine, I guess. We were here for a really long time. Our ice cream came out before our food and was melting by the time we got our food. There was a urinal deodorizer in the sink, non in the urinal. I think it is best not to ask. Finally, our person who rang us up was clearly new.
I their defense, they were absolutely slammed on the course of about 30 minutes, which likely is the cause of the delay. Eating dessert first wasn't really that much of an inconvenience. Our order, for six people, was accurate, warm, and what you'd expect from a DQ. The newbie on the register had a person to show her the ropes, but she was bouncing between that and trying to get orders to the right customers.
So, fine.

Absolutely love DQ. The employees are pretty much all amazing even when you go through the drive thru close to closing time they don't have an attitude or anything. Highly highly recommend!!!

Ordered a pick up order on the app. It took 29 minutes to get my food. 29 minutes for a pick up order. I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back because they didn't know why my order was never coming up but I just stood there waiting and they continued helping other customers instead of acknowledging me. 29 minutes is unacceptable for a very small order.

Girl runni g the tegister was veey friendly. That being said: mens bathroom was trashed, out of syrup for most of the sodas we tried, kitchen staff wasnt wearing hats or hair nets and we recieved the wrong order. Got our double burger fine but with a 5 hour roadtrip home i really just wanted my chicken strip sandwich. Got on the road to find a smalll single burger instead. Expensive kids meal.
