I was excited to check this place out. I got Cinnamon rolls and they were good but a little on the dry side for the price we paid. The girl was nice that rang me out but a cash price came up on the screen and I asked if there was a cash discount and she said no the card price is $16 something. I looked at my receipt and with tax it was $15 something. I’m assuming I paid the credit card fee and I didn’t see anything posted about that by the register. I try to pay cash at places that do that. The food smelled really good there, I’m just not sure I’ll come back to visit. The prices were super high even in this high priced economy.

I ordered lunch by phone at the busiest time of day (noon) and arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up. They let me know gently that it was going to be a few minutes.....and they gave me an oatmeal cookie in consolation. Don't tell them I didn't mind the wait.....because WOW did I enjoy the free cookie. Way to go Koch's

I visited here this week and was so disappointed. My sandwich was not fresh , actually tasted quite old and I only ate a couple bites and threw it away. My sister was with me and her sandwich was equally old. I thought I would get a fresh sandwich, but that was not what I received. The bakery looked good, but nobody was working at that part of the store and staff was at a minimum so we could only buy prepackaged cookies. I did not find the employees that were working to be friendly or overly helpful. I won't be returning.

Ordered ahead and picked up in the drive thru. The Dale sandwich is amazing and their gluten free cupcakes are to die for. The Almond wedding cake is my favorite.

Excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of gifts for young and old. Several of the staff were very friendly but one seemed a little impatient which was a little off-putting as I was spending quite a bit there and didn't appreciate her attitude. Everyone else was wonderful though! They have lots of jams and jellies and a deli counter with some really good cheeses. Also I highly recommend their rootbeer floats! Best one I've had in years! The prices are a little high but no different from many higher end gift shops I've visited elsewhere. Absolutely worth a visit and I'll definitely be back!
