I ordered pancakes for breakfast, but there was no syrup or butter. The French fries I ordered before were also missing, so they were not very sloppy when checking the order. Mcdonald’s Macon store is making disappointing many times 😡😡😡

Watch out people when you are at mc Donald's when using reward points 6000 points for a happy meal i wanted cheese burger happy they took my 6000 points and wanted to charge me full price for the happy meal for adding cheese to the burger

ALWAYS old cold fries with no salt and old dried out chicken nuggets... I hadn't been by in 6 months etc for a drink cause even my dog/cat don't see it as food. Went back today for a change of pace and it's still just a bad.
I used the self serve to order my food and it didn't take long at all. It was clean and not very busy at all. This McDonalds was a nice place to stop after about six hours of being in the car. The restroom was very clean too.

Literally always filthy!! I had to ask for a table to be cleaned while 10 employees just stood around in the back. Not busy at all. Didn't have to wait long for food but seriously clean it's part of working at a restaurant.

Never have they once got my order right. I can never get it on time even when I order ahead. If I do get it it's wrong or not fresh like it should be after waiting almost 20 minutes. Meanwhile others are getting more food than what I ordered ahead of me. Pathetic example of what fast food should even be close to.
