Service is ok. Atmosphere sucks because dining room is dirty and the music was loud and obnoxious. Hard to enjoy food with bad music pumping in your ears. My biggest complaint was the food. My no salt fries were fresh and hot, but that was it. My cheeseburger and quarter pounder were lukewarm at best. Who wants a cold burger ? My advice is to hire new management because this team is going to run your business and reputation down the toilet.

It's hit or miss. My food was all correct tonight but if it will let me upload a picture of my burger what was on it was 100% intentional. It wasn't wrapped all the way so I opened it to see why and there was not one but TWO big lettuce cores on top of my burger. Like on the bun then wrapped that way. Cute. Are you mad I had a fairly big order for my group of 6 people? Maybe you don't belong in this industry then. Mcdonalds was my first job and I worked there for several years. It's not easy like people think but what is easy is just doing your job you're getting paid to do respectfully. Edited to add it no longer allows me to upload pictures with my review but I have a picture.

I ordered pancakes for breakfast, but there was no syrup or butter. The French fries I ordered before were also missing, so they were not very sloppy when checking the order. Mcdonald’s Macon store is making disappointing many times 😡😡😡
