If you want coffee that's actually hot, go elsewhere! After visiting this location the first time and not having a very good experience, I decided to give it one more try, and once again ended up with drinks that wasn't even warm :-(

These poor baristas! They probably see us coming and want to hide. But being the FIVE STAR coffee shop they are, they served us with smiles and friendliness! Our orders are always complicated and today this stop we always make when we are headed east was no different. We hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch so I ordered a vanilla iced latte made with oat milk and a maple waffle sandwich with half the cheese that usually goes on it. My son ordered a Milky Way candy bar blended coffee and two spicy sausage burritos and a courage cookie. We shared a bacon ciabatta sandwich. They couldn't break my bill so I had to use my debit card. Other than that the transaction went great and the servers were very nice. I'll be back next weekend!

I love Scooters, but I won't be going back to this location. I accidentally put my online order in at a different town 30 minutes away. The drink was already paid for, and I even showed my order confirmation. I asked for either a refund or if they could just make me the drink anyway, even though it was ordered to the wrong location. The manager denied me my drink, and couldn't even refund me. Thankfully the Kirksville location took my name and info and agreed to give me my drink next time I come by. But I was very disappointed to miss getting my coffee when I really needed it!

Teach your employees some customer service, you know smiles, offer sugar, stir sticks, etc. Say things, use words not just shove coffee in hand and then close door right away. The young lady with dark hair Saturday at 12:35 pm on February 18th. Maybe service industry isn't her thing ......
