Our mobile order was missing mozzarella sticks so we let them know they were missing. We sat and waited another 20+ minutes to still not receive them so we buzzed back in. It turns out that they never corrected the order and still hadn’t gotten around to getting them ready. We continued to wait another 10 minutes to get them. No apology for getting the order wrong the first time or not placing the order immediately the second time. Terrible customer service.

Dumbest thing I’ve heard is, you must ask for marinara or ranch or whatever sauce you may want at the time of the order, because if you ask when they bring the food out, you will be charged. You spend almost 10 bucks for mozzarella sticks, but you have to pay for the dipping sauce. I had to laugh.

Took 3 trys to get the drink correct after saying it 3 times into the speaker and was still wrong the last trip to the car but we accepted it and left. Burger was cold also.

Ordered a corn dog. They entered chili cheese dog, husband corrected it still received chili cheese dog. Should’ve eaten it instead because the corndog was super tough. Sonic is done away with their normal size hotdogs on a corndog and so they aren’t as good as they used to be anyway. The food overall isn’t tworth the amount of money we spent. They did give us a corndog plus the differencing cost. Won’t go there again, besides we live in Iowa. unfortunately, the sonic isn’t as good as it it used to be there either.

Honestly Macon Sonic gets worse and worse each time I go there. I keep giving it the benefit of doubt but then regret it each time. Tonight we ordered nothing but drinks and our drinks didn't even come full... I used to work here in 07/08 and it was way better. I feel every since the Maloney's quit managing it continually gets worse.
Had to leave after waiting 30+ minutes for someone to even take our order. Very disappointed compared to other locations.

I wish I could post NO stars! I will definitely not be coming back. The service was horrible, I’ve gone several times through out different days thinking they might have been having a rough day or it was just the people working! It still crap so they may be, being lead by a horrible boss. Always rude, had to have them redo several drinks because they can’t make it right. I’ve never had this much trouble at a sonic. Will not be returning until it’s under new management.

Fries where basically oily crackers, the cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all the the temp of the burger was to low to melt it. But man did it all come out fast honestly would have gladly waited longer for it to be better.
