Took 3 trys to get the drink correct after saying it 3 times into the speaker and was still wrong the last trip to the car but we accepted it and left. Burger was cold also.

Ordered a corn dog. They entered chili cheese dog, husband corrected it still received chili cheese dog. Should’ve eaten it instead because the corndog was super tough. Sonic is done away with their normal size hotdogs on a corndog and so they aren’t as good as they used to be anyway. The food overall isn’t tworth the amount of money we spent. They did give us a corndog plus the differencing cost. Won’t go there again, besides we live in Iowa. unfortunately, the sonic isn’t as good as it it used to be there either.

Honestly Macon Sonic gets worse and worse each time I go there. I keep giving it the benefit of doubt but then regret it each time. Tonight we ordered nothing but drinks and our drinks didn't even come full... I used to work here in 07/08 and it was way better. I feel every since the Maloney's quit managing it continually gets worse.

I wish I could post NO stars! I will definitely not be coming back. The service was horrible, I’ve gone several times through out different days thinking they might have been having a rough day or it was just the people working! It still crap so they may be, being lead by a horrible boss. Always rude, had to have them redo several drinks because they can’t make it right. I’ve never had this much trouble at a sonic. Will not be returning until it’s under new management.

Fries where basically oily crackers, the cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all the the temp of the burger was to low to melt it. But man did it all come out fast honestly would have gladly waited longer for it to be better.

Food was cold and took forever to brought to the car
First off it took 10 min for whoever was taking the order to get it right on the screen she was very impolite and in a hurry to get the order over. Then we get home to eat our meal to find that not one of the cheese tots or cheese fries were edible. They were hard as a rock and the sandwiches were cold as though they just came out of the refrigerator. The drive home was only about a min and half from sonic. It’s a shame that it cost almost $30 for two people to eat and then the food isn’t edible. Very disappointing

Ordered a medium number 5, side of pickle fries and a water with lemon wedges. after 20 minutes of waiting, I received my order which had 10 pickle fries and a water with lemon syrup. I sent the water back and ended up with a water with lime not lemon. Ended up just leaving, waste of my 15 dollars, better luck just going to McDonald's.

Tonight’s order was a disappointment. We ordered 4 corn dogs. All were burnt. 2 were blackened to the hotdog inside the breading. The burger was wrong and cold to the touch almost like it was in a fridge prior to being served. The rest of the food was overly greasy and barely room temperature. Overall we haven’t had many great experiences recently and tonight was just plain gross and disappointing.

Taste reigns king, So while uniforms were clear, intros and phrased used were to training, I have to give a lower than I want review today.
I ordered the smash burger and Frito wrap with groovy fries and queso and a cherry limeade.
Smash burger - was lacking in that Maillard reaction, the burgers weren't crispy and smash burgers are greasy so my whole hamburger was just soggy. Another sonic allergic to salt and pepper... made it just cheese and grease the only flavors I could taste. 2/5
Frito wrap - was underfilled... and I don't like the new chili? Tasted different from last time I had Sonic about a year ago. BUT the worse part about this is the easiest thing to avoid... I had Fritos so stale there was no crunch or biting through them, they had turned to plastic or Styrofoam. 1/5
Groovy fries - overly oily and cooked, no salt.. otherwise good. If that's how long sonic says to cook them you can prob knock 30-60 seconds off that time. (for instance we would cook tots on fry timer and fries on French toast and people liked them more that way.) 3/5
Cherry Limeade - The lime wedge inside was fresh, looked like it was cut this morning or night before, and the cherry was inside too! Starting to become rare to get fruit at most sonics. But there wasn't much taste of lime in my limeade. Large should have 3 pumps of 50/50 or maybe its 33/66 lime juice to water. 4/5
All in all most disappointed I've been for a $18 meal.
