I ordered a burrito supreme which is supposed to have sour cream, but lo n behold 0-sour cream. The kid working the front register didn't wanna to make change. Claiming he had no $1's for change. Worst experience I've had here, the crew and management needs to be replaced with reliable workers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They were rude, unfriendly, and the order was wrong and cold. Expensive so at least they could get the order right. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to check it. Got home only to realize a lot was wrong. Couldn't go back because my son had to go to work and I was trying to feed him before he had to work all night.

Listen, I tried. I tried three separate times. Different times of day, different days of the week, all three times weeks apart from each other. Every single time I have ordered from this location, it's been a bad experience.

This first time they forgot our desserts. Okay, no big, everyone makes mistakes.

Second visit; shorted us two tacos and a bag of chips. *Sigh* okay, it was a little bit busy, I can understand.

Third time's the charm, right? Wrong. Oh, so wrong. They shorted us two bags of chips. Fine, taco bell chips aren't the best anyway, I have tortilla chips in the cupboard. Then I opened my quesadilla to find it hadn't been cut. Now, I realize at this point that you think I'm nitpicking because I'm tired of them messing up, but hear me out...

I picked this uncut quesadilla up to show my husband and laugh about it being uncut and I spotted it. Mold. On my tortilla. After hubby and I both ate over half the meal. Mold.

This location is in serious need of new management, if not to be shut down completely.

Went and ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, almost got what I asked for. Chicken was gray. He had the burrito remade crew was too stoned to know what they were doing. I asked for extra rice, extra sour cream, and extra chipotle. I got a burrito with no cheese grilled on it still cold, extra chicken and extra rice. The entire place is disgusting and they have no idea what they are doing. When I showed them the chicken was grey, he said I will go check that and went back into the office. I told them 6 times how I wanted the burrito and still got it wrong. Doubt I’ll go back for awhile. Day crew is great but mid day and night crew is just a bunch of kids
