They will give you the wrong food. When you get ahold of corporate they want to deflect all work on to you. We can’t find your order! You had no problem taking my money. Maybe if your employees would do there jobs instead of flipping the bird to snap chat Friends the right food would make it to the customers. Don’t worry I won’t be back.

The store wasn’t bad in general, we got there around 8:30pm and there weren’t many people in the store we waited about 10 - 15 minutes in a near empty store for cold food but also half of my food was wrong when we got it. First a taco was ordered with no lettuce and we got it fixed with no issues then I realized a burrito I ordered had barely any filling and when it was taken up to be fixed the worker started to argue saying there was meat in the burrito when it was a bean and cheese burrito… and when the burrito was remade it was just filled with nacho cheese and probably the messiest burrito I’ve ever gotten.

Macon Location was dirty, had a full staff and not a single table was wiped clean! Floors were gross and men's room disgusting! Customer Service and Customer Experience is easy and takes no talent.

Nothing wrong with service - were very friendly and courteous. Got our order quickly and it tasted like, you know, taco bell. The " problem" was the men's bathroom. The sink, the gunk in the corners. They may mop, but mop badly. Of course you don't eat in there so....

This has to be the worst-managed Taco Bell I have ever been to. The lobby is always dirty, and the busted mild packets are ignored, dried, and stuck together. I worked at Taco Bell for four years, but we actually worked! Maybe if the line workers stopped talking and focused on making the food it would get made properly, and more efficiently. I was the only person in line (lobby) and it took 25 minutes.
The food is good and the people are nice, but they tend to be slow. It might be staffing issues, but either way, it's frustrating when you're in a hurry.
Good service at the counter. Food not so good. Very greasy as my crunchy Taco was soaking soggy in just a couple minutes. The soft tacos were not good with very little filling. The food was wrapped very loosely and must were falling out of the wrappers in the bag.

i went to the taco bell with my two friends after marceline homecoming. when we stepped in the place was already pretty messy and not clean. while we were eating the workers were not working and were sitting on their phones watching youtube reels as loud as possible. then the manager starts yelling at us for no reason at all and got in my face and made me cry. i do NOT recommend this place at all whatsoever never going here again sticking with chillicothe. the people are rude and not kind and do not do their jobs and aren’t responsible and respectful.
