Taco bell is my favorite place to eat for fast food. I don't go inside much so I rated it a 4, food is always on point, the communication from the workers there are always friendly. Sometimes they are out of my Favorite drink (Baja Blast) haha but not an issue.
Food is amazing. But we got kicked out. Do better taco bell.

For fast food, drive thru service sucks. Was in line almost 20 minutes. And the order was wrong - requested no red sauce and asked for extra cheese, add sour cream on the four bean & cheese burritos. Red sauce was on all of them, no extra cheese nor sour cream. Total waste of money. Called the store and was told to bring them back. I was already home 20 minutes away. Forget it.

Small town Taco Bell is way better than city Taco Bell! The Bell needs to send a few of these cooks to our capital city and show them burritos can actually have crunchy tortilla strips in them AND they can be hot..! I know, unfathomable as it may seem for us in a small city, these folks managed to make it happen and everything was great!It was good interaction though it was very brief, and finally someone can make a taco crunchy or a burrito warm enough to melt the cheese. Seems ridiculous to complain about but hey, food is an experience and they made this one worth making the stop over any other place when we drive through again.The only thing that was a bummer was that you have to use a kiosk to do your order, but that’s not anyone’s fault here, that’s Taco Bell‘s.

I usually only do the drive thru but their service is awesome.
The staff member at the register was one of the kindest and most friendly ladies I've ever met, especially at a fast food place. She knew some patrons by name and was very kind to our kids. Just a ray of sunshine on our road trip stop!Kid-friendliness: Staff very kind, friendly, and patient and made our kids feel special and valued

It's great as long as you don't order through the app! Went to the window and didn't have my order, said it wasn't paid for, should they where I was charged on my credit card. Went inside and they took my order off my phone, got home two items missing. ☹

25 mins to get my food and it was cold, the employees were cussing up a storm very loudly where everyone couldn't believe what was happening. Will not return till they can get the employees under control and make it a fast food place, not a hole in the wall
